Jay Barnes at Bob King Kia

I am a recent college graduate buying my first car, and the employees at Bob King Kia could not have been more helpful. They were not too pushy (I came once to test-drive the car and they didn't push me to buy the car because they knew I was still looking around), and they were very honest about pricing, incentives, features of the car, etc. I am so ecstatic about my new car and it was such a wonderful experience going through Bob King Kia. I would absolutely recommend this car and this dealership to anyone looking for a new car- especially someone as young and inexperienced as myself. Thanks Kia!!

This was my first car that I have ever bought myself and Jason was very informative and friendly. He even came into work on his day off just so I could pick up my car the next day instead of waiting two to three days. If Bob King Kia's employees are willing to come in on their day off just to please a customer then that says a lot of good things about the quality of their establishment.

Our experience from start to finish was excellent! Jared is an awesome salesman,very friendly and easy to talk to. Ralph is a great manager and gets the job done! I will recommend Bob King Kia to all of my friends! I'm loving my new Optima, thanks Jared! :))

I came to test drive that was scheduled via internet and was greeted promptly by Terry Stevenson. I was shown all features of the car before the test drive and then took the 2013 Kia Soul for a drive. Mr. Stevenson was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns we had about the car. He seemed very knowledgeable about all the Kia cars. I was helped also by sales floor manager Scott Mcleod. He got me a great price and was able to meet my financial needs. Financial manager Jay Barnes helped to seal the deal and allowed me to get an even better coverage on the car than I expected. Overall very pleased with all representatives at Bob King Kia. I would definitely recommend everyone I worked with at Bob Kia Kia.

I went in late March to take a look at a car that was on sale; Damion helped in every step of the process. Even when I had to take some time to think over my purchase, he kept in contact, giving several options of keeping in touch, considering I'd just started a new job. Even when I made up my mind, he went above and beyond in find a comparable car, since my original choice had been sold in the meantime. The whole dealership was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. Nothing was left unexplained, and I'm all the happier for it.

These guys worked really hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and needed at the price I could afford!!! I truly just came to test drive and weigh my options but liked the Kia Soul and the deals offered so much I walked out with a new car!! Terry was a great salesman and Scott helped seal the deal. They paid special attention to my needs and now I have a vehicle that I want to show off!!! Jay was great in explaining all of the financial details and made me feel really confident about my purchase. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service that I received and would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great car at a great price and excellent customer service!

Bob King Kia was a pleasant and professional business. I leased the vehicle I intended to lease without hassle and obtained an added maintenance program to help take care of my new purchase. I LOVE MY CAR.
This dealership was only the first (closest) on my list of places to check, but I ended up with driving off with an even better vehicle than I expected. They went out of their way to get me into exactly the car and options that I wanted, at the monthly payment that I needed.
(The Kia Soul is a fantastic car, too. Our household needed two cars, and within a month of buying the first Soul, I was acquiring a second one. I have yet to find a single thing I don't like about the one I bought at Bob King.)
Very satisfied, all around! I'd absolutely recommend this dealership.

Everyone did a wonderful job assisting our company with the buying process. Our company President praised the customer service he received while visiting the dealership. Any questions we communicated to Jay, George, or Stacy by phone or email were answered promptly. They made sure to follow-up with us about any questions they had, or to just make sure we were kept abreast of how the buying process was going. Antwone was a very friendly and easy going salesman. My husband Bobby and I had a wonderful time buying a new car. Antwone made the experience of getting a new car a relaxing time. I would highly recommend Antwone to all my friends and family. So far I have got a lot of compliments about the ride and the style of the vehicle. Jay made the final paperwork a breeze.
