Sales rep was very knowledgeable on product and made the experience a pleasure. Management was also very professional/ helpful, supporting the sales rep for a good customer experience. One thing, knowing it is out of dealership control, Toyota financial could do a better job on rates to make financing a vehicle decision much easier. Customer to get proposed a 9.99% rate with a 853 credit score is insulting. Dealership did a good job challenging this and getting customer a better rate, still not a good rate but better. More
