My Review Of Rockingham Toyota Scion:
I have been a loyal and valued customer of Rockingham Toyota for several years now. This dealership does not have a high pressure sales environment, truly values your presence as a customer and not a vast checking account, is exceptionally professional, and everyone from every department is jovial, helpfull, informative, and is committed to excellence.
Experience with Jay Enright- I met Jay upon visiting this dealership with a great intent and interest to purchase a 2012 Scion XD. I currently own a 2009 Scion XD, but was interested in researching, viewing, test driving, and experiencing the latest models. Jay approached me within the dealership and was very patient, professional, helpfull, informative, and has a great sense of humor. His true intention is to listen and to seek out the qualities, options, amenities, or function of the vehicle you wish to purchase. He never used excessive sales tactics, excessive pressure, or did anything beyond his experience and professional sense of self. I am going to hold onto my current car for longer, but the moment I am more financially available to buy the latest model, I have already informed Jay that he will and is going to be my salesman. It is not quite often that I form such good rapport with someone that I will only request that person, of all the wonderful salespeople they have on staff. To be fair to his efforts, I will see him in the future for the vehicle of my choice and would recommend that anyone going there asks for Jay, or just about anyone on staff in sales there. I have yet to have a bad experience in conversing with the salespeople, they are all polite, kind, and talkative.
Tim Johnson- Of all the staff members within the service department, I seem to come in contact with Timmy the most. I have had a legendary experience with each and every service adviser, but without showing a preference for one over the other, I end up receiving the most customer services experiences through Timmy. Timmy not only calls you back within a reasonable amount of time, is polite, friendly, professional, and is always willing to "go the extra mile" to satisfy his service customers.
Mark Dickerson- Mark is an easy going, but friendly and helpful service manager. His sense of professionalism and character truly makes it an enjoyable experience when conversing with him about my automotive needs.
