My Review Of Prestige Volvo :

I have had two Volvos in my family for ten years. My main reason for purchasing this car is the entire experience at Prestige Volvo. The dealership is first rate from sales to service Whenever I have a service problem, I am taken care of even if I have no appointment. This dealer is a "10"

My Review Of Prestige Volvo :

Although I have issues with the car itself ( 2005-XC90), the service department has been wonderful to me. They understood my frustration and worked with me to the best possible solution. I have a dealership closer to where I live, but the relationship with this dealership has always been exceptional. It is worth the extra drive for the service.

In August 2012, my truck was taken to Prestige Volvo for a computer update. I appreciate Ms. Lindsey Mastroianni and Mr. Jay Rosen for explaining to me what the computer update entailed. In addition, I appreciate Mr. Jay Rosen's strong work ethic. He is the best Service Manager I have ever done business with...ever! I trust his expertise and honesty completely. I love Prestige Volvo. I have been a Prestige Volvo customer for ~ 10 years. I have recently purchased my second new Volvo from Prestige and have used this dealership fo all service. Over the course of these years, I have worked with Jay Rosen several times re: car/service issues. Jay has been extremely professional, courteous, and consistently works to resolve all issues with the minimum of inconvenience or stress for me. He is a gem!

It is a wonderful feeling knowing that I can call and know that once on-site, all will be handled well and to my satisfaction. Thank you, Jay, for your exceptional care and for managing your team to reflect the same care, as well.

Patricia Sommerville always goes out of her way to make sure the client is well taken cared of, like getting the loaner car ready so I don't have to wait. Mr. Jay Rosen(Service Manager), Mr. Pat Masone(Business Manager) and Mr. Rich Curto(Sales Consultant) are all OUTSTANDING! Mr. Rosen talked to me about Volvo's excellent performance, reliability, safety/security, and Volvo's 5 year scheduled maintenance. His input inspired me to purchase a 2012 Volvo XC60 crossover SUV. Mr. Curto is honest and aims to please. He will make sure you get exactly what you ask for. Mr. Masone is also a man of integrity. He does not try to trick you with financial bait-and-switch tactics when it is time to close the deal. I felt very comfortable working with all three gentlemen. They are very professional. My buying experience was more than I could have asked for. I am now a Volvo customer for life!!!!

My Review Of Prestige Volvo :

My wife and I have owned 4 Volvo's all but mine purchased elsewhere. We now use Prestige for all of our service. Recently my wife's car died, we used the Volvo Roadside assistance and the car was towed to a nearby dealer who informed us that it would take several days for them to assess the car. I called Jay Rosen and he immediately arranged for the car to be picked up. We had it the following morning. The service team is absolutely professional and a pleasure to deal with--they keep you informed on the progress of the repairs and deliver on time

My Review Of Prestige Volvo :

I called on a Friday for an emergency appointment for a broken air conditioner during a heat wave. The service manager, Jay Rosen, happened to answer my call, and all I can say is that he was fantastic. Despite the fact that the shop was full, my car was taken immediately and I received personal attention from beginning to end. I was encouraged to contact Jay personally with any concerns or problems, and while my car ended up needing a new compressor (not an inexpensive repair), I had complete confidence that it was necessary because the service department had first tried, unfortunately unsuccessfully, to resolve the problem without replacing the compressor. I am sure from my contacts with Jay, who takes tremendous pride in his department, as well as Bill(I'm sorry I can't remember his last name) who I dealt with on the return visit on Saturday, that everyone in service is held to very high standards. I'm sure I'll be back (my car is a 2004), and have no hesitation in recommending Prestige Volvo for any and all repairs. Thank you again, Jay, Bill and your entire team!
