My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
We've purchased several vehicles from Lake Noman Chrysler Dodge. Jay has been our Salesman for the last two and we wouldn't want anyone else. He's trust worthy, patient and friendly. This was our first experience with Qwame and we really liked working with him as well. He was very creative in our financing options to get our payment down where we needed it and went the extra mile. It was the first time we've worked with Christina. She handled explaining our financing options and warranty. She was nice as well. Overall, our experiece was top knotch. The only complaint that I have is while Christina was explaining the financing and warranties, she kept saying "pretty simple, right?" I'm not sure if that is a habit but it does make the customer feel like it really should be that simple to understand if you don't, your not that bright.

Jay was great!! I am usually completely turned off by sales people. Jay was NO PRESSURE, very courteous, and knowledgable on ALL the jeeps we looked at!! It was a pleasure working with him and I would recommend him to all my clients at David's Salon and Spa!! Also, he put the FAB deal together in record time!! No hanging out all day in a dealership! Got things to do! 10 STAR RATING from me!!!!

i appreciated the low pressure atmosphere that i experienced at lake norman chrysler. it was as easy as it gets. jack and i sat down at a computer and searched the used truck that i was looking for. we found it, jack brought it in and i approved the condition of the vehicle. we agreed on a fair price and it was done! the easiest deal i have ever made when purchasing a vehicle new or used. jay then took care of the paper work as well as getting me drinks and making sure i was comfortable through the entire process. the dealer ship is clean, very friendly and has a great atmosphere over all. i will go back when i am ready for my next auto. ii have purchased vehicles from lake norman chrysler in the past and im sure i will again. it is a model for what auto. dealerships should be!! thanks, bob pippin

I came in to the dealership knowing what I wanted to buy and what I wanted to pay. Jay worked with me to get me in the new Jeep Wrangler I wanted at a fair price. They also made me aware of the 0% financing available when I was planing on paying cash. Everyone from the front desk to Jay to Brian in finance was a pleasure to work with.

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
We stopped in the dealership with the intention of getting some questions answered - nothing else. Jay did a GREAT job answering all of our questions. He is not only extremely knowledgable (in this case, about the Jeep Wranglers), but his enthusiasm for the product he sells is hard to hide. At no time did I feel pressured or pushed to make a decision - as I said, we only stopped to get some questions answered. He told us about the current promotions they were running, and we did a test drive. We thanked him, and went on our way.

After thinking about it overnight, we ended up going back the next day and buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler from Jay. Obviously, the vehicle is impressive, but we also felt comfortable making the decision because of all of the time Jay spent with us answering our questions. He even stayed late that night to show us how certain things worked on our new vehicle.

I would not hesitate in recommending Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and would highly recommend that when you go there to talk to Jay!

My wife & I stopped in at Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge one afternoon to take a look at the new Wranglers and gather some information on them. Salesman Jay Tarlowe was extremely knowledgeable and giving of his time even after we had told him we were several months away from buying a vehicle. He took us out on a test drive and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We will purchase a new Wrangler from Jay & Lake Norman Chrysler.
