Jay Werner at Braman Motorcars Audi

Jay Werner was very knowledgable of the features of the Audit A6. He took time to explain each feature and followed-up with a phone call to make certain I didn't have any issues with the vehicle. He also offered to invite me back to the dealership to clarify any features I didn't understand. The electronics in these vehicles are very extensive and this quality of service is very important. The experience was far better than the purchase of my last Audi three years ago from another dealer.

We were in the market for a new car and was looking at three cars, Audi, BMW and Cadillac. Jay Werner was very willing to assists us and discuss why we wanted to stay with Audi, as we are owners of a Audi A4. Jay Werner also assisted us with a trade-in and was instrumental in getting us the best deal on our trade as well as our new Audi Q5. The financing process was also very efficient with Laura Fezza. We had left our checkbook home so we were unable to write a check for a down payment and Laura arranged for us to bring in the check the next day. We also had a problem with a tire loosing air and Jay assisted us again when we brought in the car to the service department the next day. Jay was also very informative and patient teaching us all the technology with our new Audi Q5. He has also volunteered his cell phone number and told us to call him and he would talk us through it if we got stuck and needed assistance with the new technology. Jay Werner made this new car buying one of the best experiences buying a new car that we have had. I will definitely look for Jay again when we are in the market you another car.

I had leased a 2010 Q5 and had 7 months remaining. I was way over in mileage and through a program with Audi, I replaced the car with a 2012. I had equity in the old car even with the mileage. Jay is a very nice man and was very helpful.

My experience on purchasing my new car was an overall success, especially with a dealer as great as Jay Werner. He was able to find me the car i wanted with even the smallest detail i wanted on the car, he was patient and confident that he would find me the perfect car to my liking and he did, he didn't give up on finding the car and he handed the car to me in perfect and great condition, the service was great. I went back to Jay Werner at Braman Motorcars to buy my used Audi, because of my previous experience that was wonderful. I purchased my first Audi from him. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced with the brand, and real pleasure to work with. I would recommend Jay and Braman highly. The service department is very efficient and professional as well.
