Jayme has been consistently looking out for the right car and made it veryeasy to negotiate pricing and financing. GM Mike Martin was also extremely helpful in the closing and pick up of the Sonata. Jay was extremely helpful in the purchase of my brand new Hyundai Sonata. He went over and above to exceed my expectations. I approached him several weeks ago with interest in purchasing a used vehicle. Not only did he help me during my initial search, but he asked me a lot of questions about what I was really looking for. He then suggested that a Sonata may be a better alternative for me, which was absolutely the case. I ended up buying a 2012 Sonata and couldn't be happier about the purchase. I'm just glad that Jay was there to assist me through the entire process. I would highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about Jay and the folks at Jack Giambalvo.

Hyundai,
I was in previously with another person dealing with Jayme Cabott. My overview on the experience then is what brought me back in when it came time for ME to buy. I had considered a couple of different types of vehicles, but the overall friendliness and confidence brought me in without any unsettling feeling. Jayme is truly a quality salesman and represented that dealership and business with utmost profesionalism. I have already recommended him to multiple people and wish that business a great future! From an overall perspective, every person in that dealership did not miss a beat with greeting, welcoming, and making sure I had everything I needed before I left. Ed was very thorough when it came to describing what I was signing and Matt was very helpfull in keeping me occupied until Jayme was available. This of course, was because I did not call to set up an appointment first. Anyhow, good luck to the team in selling quality vehicles for years to come!!!

I have been a long time customer of Jack Giambalvo and bought several vehicles from his dealership, both new and used and have always been very impressed by his salesmen and service department. I am glad to rate Jayme right up there with Harry Little, Bob Mailman and John Dabbs with whom I have had the pleasure of doing business with in the past, with this purchase I was introduced to a new model vehicle by my Grandson William Nailor and with following his recommendation and my favorite Pontiac Grand Prix no longer being made I was introduced to Jayme who was the salesman Will recommended. Jayme is a certainly an asset to Jack Giambalvo Motor Co.

Jayme provided excellent customer service and displayed a high quality of work. Jayme as well as Mike answered all of my questions and both were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. My overall experience was great. I think that we were finished and off the lot with the vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. I rated the price as good. I got a great deal on my trade-in and although I would have preferred a 60 month loan so my monthly payments would be less, Jayme and Mike still got my monthly payments around my ideal price. I would recommend this dealership to another person and will consider coming back when looking to purchase my next vehicle.

Jayme Cabott was really helpful with everything I needed, and so was everyone else. I was on a time line and needed to be in and out with all paperwork and cleaning of the car to be done a delivered. Reason being, was I bought the vehicle as a gift for my parents and Jayme Cabott delivered it to my business and handed over the key to my parents and explain in great detail how to operate and use every function and questions they had.

I had a pressure free buying experience! Jayme treated me w/ respect and talked to me and listened to what I wanted! And he fit me w/ the perfect car! I was at a few dealerships before looking at cars and they would either talk to the person I was with or treat me like a dumb girl! I usually have buyers remorse! I left there knowing I wasn't taken advantage of and that I bought a fantastic car! I love my sonata!!!!

From beginning to end our experience at this dealership was pleasant, we had driven over an hour to see this specific used vehicle and we were not disappointed. The interior and exterior were immaculate and we were very pleased with the test drive and overall handling and condition of the vehicle.

The sales personnel honored the pricing range previously agreed upon using there online offer option so getting to the final price was not stressful at all.
