Jean-Milou Francios at Royal Palm Nissan

I was very confused as to what kind of car to purchase that would suit my lifestyle and taste.
Royal Palm Nissan was the first car dealer I visited and because of the continuous follow up calls from Jean and his receptiveness to my concerns, It is precicely where I felt more at ease purchasing my car. Although there was another car I was seriously considering, I did not feel as comfortable doing business with them as I knew i would at Royal Palm Nissan.

everyone was very friendly and very professional, they listened to what i wanted and respected that i would not deal with any pushy car salesman they did not hound me, just politely called when the car i was looking for came into stock. i am looking forward to getting my next car with them, this being my first niassan and coming from a family the worked for gm and receives the employee discount, buying a niassan was a hugh decision for me, happy to say i made the right choice

I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Jean Francois to my friends and family because of his attention to detail. He would call and ask about my granddaugher, her neck was broken in a auto accident, he is one special person. I wish it was more of him in this world.

jean was a very good salesperson he worked well with us to get the best deal. he explained everything we needed to know about the process and understood everything we wanted in the car. we will be coming back to do buisness with jean in the future and also recommend him to friends and family.

Although not busy....we did wait for QUITE SOME TIME for a sales rep. Once we met with Jean, we were happy...great personality. Jean Milou-Francois was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very familiar with Nissan, as I have purchased Nissan vehicles for many years now. I have had three Z's and this is my second Altima. I have to say this is by far the BEST experience at a Nissan dealer that I have had.

I purchased the Performance Maintenance package and I hope I continue to receive the same great customer service in the Service Dept.

All of the personnel that we dealt with were great. A very pleasurable experience. We bought at 2011 Verse for my daughter. We were looking for a first car for her andshe test drove a Verse and fell in love with it. Jean-Milou Francois (our sales person) was very helpful and informative. He definitely was one of the reasons we bought from Royal Palm Nissan.

From start to finish, buying a new car at Royal Palm Nissan was a very pleasant experience. Jean, our salesman, was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable regarding different types of vehicles, and spent a ton of time with us. He is such a nice person and having a family himself, was quickly able to pinpoint the features we needed in a new car. He knew exactly what we needed in terms of price and quality and provided us the perfect vehicle. He kept telling us he was going to work "magic" for a price on our new car and he did!! I got a lower payment and a nicer car than I expected to get!! Otto, the finance manager, was very quick with the paperwork but very thorough. His organization and knowledge made us comfortable financing the vehicle. The Manager on Duty (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also very helpful in terms of negotiations. Jean, Otto, and the Manager all stayed past closing to get the deal done for us. Jean then took the time to help us move all of our stuff from our old vehicle to our new one and took additional time to show us how all the features worked on our new car. After the fact, he called to make sure we were happy with our car and took time to answer additional questions we had.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned car to Royal Palm Nissan. We never felt pressured to buy from them, the customer service, price, and quality of the vehicles helped make our decision easy!

I have leased from other Nissan dealers before, and I just wanted to say that my experience with Royal Palm Nissan this time was marvelous. My salesman, Jean Milou Francois was so friendly and he went above and beyond to meet my needs. Anything I needed or asked for, he was right there to help me and get it done. When it came time to crunch the numbers, we met John Vargas; and let me just say that he was unlike any other sales manager I have ever met(and trust me, I have met many). John was able to make me the deal of the century for my new Nissan Altima. I can't believe I got out of there with the deal I have. Ultimately, my purchase came down to the deal I made with John, and I am very grateful for his ability and willingness to see me drive out of there in a new Nissan. I absolutely LOVE my new Altima! And I am making a guarantee that when my lease is up in 39 months, I will be going straight back to Royal Palm Nissan. By the way, the TIER program is fabulous. My husband deals with Dodge for his leases; but he is very interested in coming to Nissan because of the TIER program. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion on my new lease.
