Our salesperson, Jeff Eastman, at Herzog Meier Mazda was very knowledgeable, explained our options well, and was a pleasure to work with.

I was dreading the entire car buying process, but Jeff and the team at Herzog Meier made the process easy, quick, and painless. I'd done a lot of research before going to the dealership and Jeff was quick to understand and was able to expand on my research without being pushy. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family to Herzog Meier and to Jeff in particular.
It was an exceptional car buying experience.

My Review of Herzog-Meier Mazda:
Everybody in the sales office was awesome. Welcoming, funny, and having a good time. I had a horrible time at Auto Town with my last Mazda purchase (7 hours of inattentive customer service and pressure sales). Jeff worked with me really well and quickly, I got what I needed, and I was off the lot in less than 2.5 hours. Awesome people.

My Review of Herzog-Meier Mazda:
Harrison took me out for the initial test drive and once the car I purchased was deliviered, he was almost as excited as I was :) I appreciated his humor and enthusiasm!

Michael (Sales Manager) crunched the numbers and gave me a fair deal for my trade in and purchase price of my new car.

The highest marks for this experience go to Jeff Eastman. Jeff is knowledgeable and informative about the Mazda products and personable without being obnoxious You can tell he genuinely enjoys meeting people and providing great service through the A-Z process of purchasing a new car.

My Review of Herzog-Meier Mazda:
I am one very satisfied customer. The buying process at Herzog-Meier from start to finish was exemplary, professional all the way. My salesman, Jeff Eastman, was extremely knowledgeable about the entire Mazda line, Mitsubitshi line and cars in general. He was able to answers all questions and represented Herzog-Meier's "no pressure" attitude to car selling. When it came time to make a decision he pointed out the 0% financing special through Mazda! There was no price haggling, Jeff came out with the best deal right away, invoice pricing, and finalized the deal with Mike Song the sales manager and Seth the finance manager. It was a quick and painless, they offered buyer protections with the financing and explained the benefits, all this without the usual arm twisting. On top of all of this, the Mazda3 is a great car.

One additional note: I was preparing my insurance and reading my VIN when the service manager came running in with news that the car I had chosen had a small scratch on the door. How he noticed it at 9pm I do not know, but they gave me another car, same everything. It meant a lot to me because I know a lot of service departments that would try to cover up this type of thing, yes Herzog-Meier stands out as an ethical car dealership!

Jeff provided great customer service without resorting to high pressure tactics. Although only a used car sale he provided same attentiveness as a new car sale although I assumed he would probably be making a much lower commission on the sale. I will return to him when looking for a new car.

Absolutely terrific service. Jeff was phenomenal, answering all our questions and concerns, guiding us without pushing us to our decision. This was the first place we had stopped at on our first day of looking at cars. I had little intention of parting with money on day 1 but knew quickly that we were in trusted hands. 100% recommend.
