Jeff, Jesse and Neeley were all phenomenal. They worked really hard with me and even got me into a car I never would have dreamed I could own. Jeff really took the time to make sure everything was done right and Jesse and Neeley finished all of my paperwork. I wasn't rushed or pressured I felt very welcomed and I was very well informed of the whole process. After my two previous dealing with other dealerships in my area I will only come back here and I will only recommend people go here for awesome service with people who care and look at the whole picture. Thank you for getting myself and my kids in an awesome car and thank you for the wonderful experience. Even the service department is great!!!!!

From the moment we walked in the showroom everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. Lawrence and Jeff helped us through the process of buying a new car. This was the second car we purchased at Mike Anderson. If someday we decide to buy another car we would definitely purchase a vehicle at Mike Anderson. Again, everyone from purchasing the car to financing were wonderful. Thank you again everyone involved.

I've never seen a dealership with such a big surplus. I drove over two hours and I was not dissappointed. Jeff and Tom both made sure I didn't leave there without a new car. I'll never shop anywhere else again! I highly reccommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet. They go above and beyond any dealership I've dealt with..

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN I BOUGHT MY CAR LAST YEAR. THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE AND EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL TO ME. THEN WHEN WE HAD THE RECALL LAST MONTH THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK MY CAR IN AND HAD IT ALL WASHED AND CLEANED FOR ME WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP. SERVICE WITH A SMILE. TERRIFIC.

Jeff Goss, the salesman who worked with me, was very knowledgeable and nice, and spent a good deal of time with me, showing me vehicles I was interested in and going on test drives of various cars with me. The dealership is very clean, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely recommend Jeff Goss and Mike Anderson Chevrolet to anyone I know who would be interested in buying a car.

Jeff and the dealership made a normally unpleasant experience (i.e. purchasing a new car) a pleasant one.

Also, the finance manager was very thorough and did a good job of helping me as well.

It was an overall great experience buying a car at Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville, IN.
