We went to Holm automotive, and told them what we were looking for. They had a couple of vehicles in our budget but nothing we were interested in. Jeff took our name and number and told us he would call us right away if something in our range came in, and he actually did! He helped us get a great 2008 Chevy Malibu! I've had the car a couple weeks and found out it had a parking light out as well as a sensor was bad. They were able to work on my car very quickly and get me back on the road no problem. I highly reccommend Holm automotive for anyone looking into a new/used vehicle. They have a great selection, facility, and staff.

before we were a customer, we stoped in with a car problem, they were very busy, but the service manager fixed it himself only charging us for the parts. he said to remember them when it was time to buy another car. we had a DR. appointment and was very appreciative of the service. we came back when we were looking for a new car. we were met with very friendly and courtious people. no high pressure (whick i like). we made a deal and was shown how to operate all accesories on the car. very friendly and courtious.

We were welcomed and treated both professionally and as if we were part of the family. Honest dealings, and went out of their way to find and deliver the car we wanted.
They upgraded us from a Chevy Impala to Buick Lucern and kept it within our budget. We will return there for every new car we buy. We are loyal GM and Holm customers. We also take our car back to Holms for servicing, even though is is s 40 mile drive.

The service we received was great. Once we had signed papers, Pat even found us
a lower rate on our financing. We were very happy with the previous vehicle that we had purchased from Jeff also. The staff at Holm Automotive is very professional and customer oriented. They do not make you feel like they are pressuring you into buying a vehicle or try to put you on the spot to buy. They give you the time you need to make your decision. If your looking for good service,and a friendly atmosphere, I would recommend going to Holm Automotive. They are very good at following up to make sure your happy with your purchase. Their shop is very good about checking over your vehicle when you have it in the shop for an oil change. They let you know if something else needs serviced or may need to be in the near future. That helps if you know something is coming up and getting it put into your budget.
