As in the past 2 visits/purchases, very professional, patient, low-key and never high-pressure. Jeff and Rob treated us like friends, not just customers. They took their time with us, as did the sales as patient, low-key and never high-pressure. Jeff and Rob treated us like friends, not just customers. They took their time with us, as did the sales associate (do not remember his name) who helped us sync our phone with the vehicle and took us through all the interior controls.
