Hello, my name is Jeff Shipp. I have been in the car business for 17 years and love what I do. I was born in Fort Ogelthorpe, GA and have been living in Mt. Juliet for the last 20 years. I’ve been at Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia for 3 years now and love the atmosphere here. We have a lot of fun! When I’m not at work, I like spending time with my beautiful wife and children in the great outdoors hunting and fishing. My experience with Jeff Shipp was amazing! He listened to my concerns and helped me to make one of the best car purchases of my life. I would recommend him and your company to any one. My Review of Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia:
Jeff did an awesome job working to sell me a car. He got me the deal I wanted on a 2012 Kia Rio 5. I have had many compliments since that day (only 3 days ago). A lot of people are noticing this car and liking it. About a month ago, Jeff sold my wife and I a 2012 Kia Optima SX. Wonderful car! I sought out Jeff on my return to Kia earlier this week to buy an Rio 5. He made that possible. Thank you, Jeff for your hard work getting me that deal.

My Review of Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia:
Jeff was great on the phone with me the night before my purchase. I had broken down on I 440 at 5 pm on the way home from work. My car had over 200,000 miles and I needed a new reliable one for my 65 mile one way commute. I called Carnival Kia because of the television commmercials. Jeff assured me he could get me in a car the next day and he did. I am very pleased. Thank you, Sandy Brewer

Jeff was great we had the best time we had been told no by 2 different car dealers and jeff had us a yes for a brand new car fast thanks so much this is our secound car from kia carnival and they treat us very well with kindness and like were an equal even though we had a low credit score. they never made us feel less worthy of there time like we have felt leaving other dealer ships thanks hickory hollow kia and jeff shipp. the lavells

Better overall experience than I expected, usually detest car dealers, but everyone there made me feel comfortable, even the finance guy! Jeff was friendly and helpful answering all my questions, and giving me helpful hints and advice. Didn't get to see CHris tho?!
