My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
My company recently purchased a vehicle from the Internet Team at Bridgewater Acura. The experience was the best that I have had since I started buying cars over 20 years ago. I put in my request for information on new vehicles on their website and within 20 minutes Jewell Anderson the person in charge of E-Commerce for Bridgewater Acura called me. He was very open and informed me that he was in charge of E-Commerce and IT for the dealership and that he was just working in Internet that day to help a co-worker that had the day off. He was very upfront answered all of my questions and for the one's that he couldn't answer he actually took the time to go and find out the answer and called me right back. So I agreed that I would take the time to come into the dealership. When I got there I noticied that even though the building was under construction they still had the customer's in mind. I was shocked when the General Sales Manager Jeff Casole took the time to sit with me right away instead of making me wait for hours. Once we agreed on a price our next place was the Finance Office where Ed Simo sat with me for almost an 2 hours explaining to me all of the different options, warranty's, and payments. Then before I left Jewell came back with Jeff and helped me get my new car, set up the bluetooth, made sure I knew the basics on my MDX, and even helped me move some of stuff. I loved the experience so much that my wife just went and purchased a TSX from them last week as well. Thank You Jewell, Jeff, and Ed for making it easy for me to get a new MDX. Jason Adams

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I went into the dealership and was treated like an actual customer. They did all the work for me. I started in the Internet Department where Jewell took the time to explain to me the difference between all of the vehicle packages, what colors were in stock, when I could take a test drive, and how to apply for financing. When I came into the dealership I was then introduced to Eddie who sat down with me and went into even further detail about the vehicle put me into a test drive, they did this knowing that I was not going to make a purchase the same day. A couple of days later when I did make a final decision to purchase a 2012 Acura TL they worked out a price that I could not refuse. They then set up a time for me to come in and go directely into the finance department where I met with Bryan Hansen. Bryan had all of my paperwork ready for me before I even walked into the building so that once I was there all I had to do was sign the paperwork and get ready to leave. Once I signed all of the paperwork and was ready to leave all three of them then walked me out to my vehicle helped me move over all of my belongings, showed more of the features, set up my bluetooth phone and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I have bought many cars and never liked the experiences that I have had. The sales team at Bridgewater Acura made me feel like I was a famil member not a stranger.Even the General Manager Mike Galietta came out and asked was I being treated well and was there anyhting that he could do to help. The Sales Managers Mike Lasko and Jeff Casole made sure to come out and at least say hello. I was treated like I was an owner. I will only be buying my vehicles in the future from the team at Bridgeeater Acura. I would especially recommend Jewell, Eddie, and Bryan who worked great together and made my experience the best I ever had. I have been looking for a great used Accua TSX or TL and I found one on there website. I called and spoke with a guy named Jeff. I let him know that I was from Rhode Island and that I was very interested in one of his cars. He gave me such a good deal that I traveled from RI to NJ to make the deal. The guy that I went to for the financing was also great. All the staff that I had to deal with were all fantastic. I will go definitely go back when I'm ready to trade it in for a new one!! Why cant they open one up in RI?!?!?!

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I have owned this certified pre-owned Acura for about three and a half years. I always leave Bill Vince's feeling like a special customer. All staff is always courteous and helpful! I have recommended this dealer to friends who have also purchased a car. They also love this dealer!

My car recently had the transmission fail at 59,000 miles and Bill Vince Acura went to bat for me with the company. They were able to get help with cost of repair. It is nice to know that the dealer and manufacturer were willing to back their product!

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I had visited this dealer multiple times before making my purchase decision. I'll say I'm not the easiest person to deal with, but my salesman Rick handled me with kid gloves. He was patient and not pushy. I even stopped in and Rick was off and everyone there jumped in to help me. In my past experiences with car buying I had never seen this type of behavior. I even had a chance to meet with the managers and I can tell that this customer sevice mentality comes from the top! Hats off to the whole team at Bridgewater Acura. I will definately buy a car there again and Irecommend this dealer highly.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
Let us start out by saying that we have purchased/leased three(3) vehicles from Bridgewater Acura. From the moment you walk into the dealership you can not help but notice how clean the dealership is,how friendly and curteous the staff is, and how neat, professional and knowledgeable the staff are. We can truely say that from our first purchase at the dealership we were treated like family and that family feeling strenghtens with each visit to the dealership.
Most knowledgable car buyers usually internet shop a vehicle so as to have information on pricicing prior to visiting a dealership. As far as pricing goes the dealership is very fair and competitive with all internet pricing. Bridgeawater Acura has beat any and all internet pricing on comparable vehicles that we have purchased, and are always true to their word as opposed to other Acura dealerships that we have had the opportunity to experience.
This feeling of family while purchasing a vehicle did not end after the initial purchase. Stop in for routine maintenance and the staff goes out of their way to greet you,from the General Manager all the way to the Sales Associate. We would like to thank Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura for making our 2010 Acura MDX tech/ent purchase another pleasurable experience.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
Having had a very bad experience in the past at an Acura dealership, I was hesitant to return to Acura. I am glad I did. The two salesmen, Sam and Sascha, I dealt with were both very helpful. Jeff Kasole, I believe a sales manager, was fantastic. While i am not a fan of the entire car buying "game" anywhere, these gentlemen at Bill Vince's Acura of Bridgewater made it a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, follow up calls from the GM and service department have been nice.
