My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

We purchased our 2007 CRV new from this dealership. What a great car and easy buying experience. Since that time, we have had our vehicle serviced and maintained at Parker Johnstone's as well. Several great deals an incentives have worked out for us, but the best part of working with Honda in Wilsonville is that the staff take such good care of us. Not just the usual dealership experience. A shuttle of course, ability to wait in comfort with optional cookies and coffee, friendly people. All of these things are great. But we have also received help in a couple tough situations where we ended up saving an important amount of money. We will definitely continue with Parker Johnstone's Honda!

I live on the east side of Portland, but drive in to Wilsonville whenever I need my car serviced because I have never found another service shop more friendly, honest, or helpful. Kristina, Jennette, and Brandon (along with the service team who I haven't met) have all helped me over the years, and I can't imagine finding a better team. Thanks guys!

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

The service Department at Wilsonville Honda is the best service department around. They are always so welcoming and provide great service. I live in Beaverton and could go to another Honda dealer but I choose to drive to Wilsonville Honda for all my service needs.

I bought my first brand new car from Wilsonville Honda and the sales team is equally as good as the service department. I went in the prepared for a hassle and when pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the process was. When I get ready to buy a new Honda I will buy it from Wilsonville Honda!

Ease of doing business is important to me and Wilsonville Honda has it down!

This place is awesome! After having a very bad experience at Salem Honda, after 3 check engine lights, and still not repaired after being charged a lot of money, plus being treated poorly at Salem Honda,I drove from Salem to Wilsonville Honda. They were fabulous! I was treated like I mattered and they cared and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Wilsonville Honda rocks! I will come here for all of my car needs from now on! Plus, when I'm ready to buy another Honda, as Honda's are great, I will buy from Wilsonville Honda! They were so friendly and nice, wonderful experience! Thank you Wilsonville Honda! All of the customers I encountered while I was there were raving about how great Wilsonville Honda is! They were right!

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH WILSONVILLE HONDA FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER. LONG STORY SHORT... MY TRANSMISSION TOOK A CRAP! I ASKED THEM TO PARK THE CAR ON THEIR LOT!! I ASKED TO GET THE NEW CAR LOAN IN PROCESS. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE THE LOT WITH. I GOT MY HONDA ACCORD 2012 AND BLACK!! I LOVE THE CAR:) I HAD A FEW HICK-UPS WITH THE NAVIGATION BEING INSTALLED. BOB MOORE HAS BEEN TRUELY AWESOME WITH SERVICE AND GETTING THE JOB DONE!! JOSE HAS BEEN PATIENT AND HELPFUL WHILE SCHEDULING AND SERVICING THE CAR. JOSE HAS MADE SURE OF ANY TRANSPORTATION ISSUES... THAT I HAVE A CAR TO DRIVE. My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

My first visit to Wilsonville Honda was in 2009 when I purchased a FIT. I had the FIT serviced there for all it's scheduled services. The Service Advisors, Jennette Alexander and Kristina Bangloy treated me as if my car was the most important thing that they had to care for that day. Each and every time I had the FIT serviced I was greeted with a smile and professional courtesy.

I returned to Wilsonville Honda when I was ready to trade my FIT. We were greeted by Brianna Steglat who very courtiously showed us the vehicles we were interested in. She answered all our questions and let us buy the car. We didn't feel pressured to buy one model over another. We purchased a Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Navigation. She made our visit to Wilsonville Honda a very pleasant buying experience.

I brought my Accord back to get several accessaries installed. Kristina Bangloy handled that work request in a pleasant and professional manner.

I wanted to get a Clear Mask applied to the front of my Accord and was referred to Trevyn Ashley who made the arrangements for me to make the purchase. He then made the arrangements at the service desk for me to bring the car in for the mask to be installed.

I brought the Accord back to have a Clear Mask installed. Service Advisor Rob Walker made that a pleasant experience. After the Clear Mask was installed I noticed that the fuel door was not covered. I brought that to Rob Walker's attention and asked him if he would make arrangements for that the be done as well. He called the servicing agency asked that the work be done and made the appointment for me.

Buying a Honda from Wilsonville Honda is an effortless and rewarding experience. I will no doubt get my next vehicle from Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda.

Excellent experience, friendly and fun people. I was treated as a friend and not like a I was just another customer. The work was a warrenteed issue but I have had all my regular maintenance done there and always enjoyed the experience as much as one does when having work done on their car, painless. Jennette was great, good sense of humor and worked with me on my loaner car need. Jose was also been helpful when needed. Thanks everyone.
