This is my 3 car from this dealership. I am extremly happy with customer experience and new sales experience. Jennifer Kolp and Toni Novick are very knowledgebale employee. I had choose Szott M59 dealership because they can beat any deal and customer oriented. I always recommand Szott M-59 for new and used car sales

My Review of Szott M-59 Toyota Scion:
We went to look for a new Toyota and met Alvaro Acevedo who greeted us upon our arrival. Al knew what we were looking for from a phone call we made 2 hours prior to our visit. Al took us to look at a Toyota Hybrid which was like the one were were interested in purchasing. Al was really geeked about the product and gave us a detailed tour of the Camry XLE Hybrid. We ordered one and then waited 2 weeks before we got the call that the vehicle had arrived. On a Friday afternoon at 2pm, we raced to the Szott M-59 Toyota Dealership and Al introduced us to Jennifer Kolp,one of his New Car Sales Consultants. While Al took care of the paperwork, Jennifer gave us a primer on the features of our brand new Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid.Jennifer even went so far as to help us with setting up our I-phones. By 6 PM we had traded in our "old" Toyota and headed home smiling at the whole process while driving our new car. People can make a difference and both Al and Jennifer made a positive difference to us. We already know where we'll buy our next Toyota.

My Review of Szott M-59 Toyota Scion:
We visited Szott M-59 Toyoya on a Friday afternoon and were greeted by the friendly duo of Jennifer Kolp and Alvaro Acevedo. Once they discovered that we were looking for a 2012 Camry Hybrid with certain equipment they showed us a vehicle just like the one which we were looking to purchase. There was only one thing wrong, the vehicle was just sold to another customer. No problem, they said. we"ll order exactly what you need". So in less than 3 weeks we received another call on a friday afternoon telling us our vehicle has just been delivered. By 3pm we were at Szott M-50 Totota and Jennifer gave us a grand primer on our Camry XLE Hybrid while Al worked up all the paperwork. We traded in our 2004 Sienna Minivan and drove out with our first brand spanking new Toyota Camry Hybrid in less than 3 hours. Jennifer and crew even set up our I-Phones so we could brag about the whole experience on the way home. I think we'll be buying another vehicle from these folks just as soon as our other Toyota Sienna wears out. This was overall, a great experience. Recommended.

My Review of Szott M-59 Toyota Scion:
I dreaded the thought of going through the new car purchasing process. I didn't think I was going to be offered a reasonable trade-in price for my previous car.
I was completely surprised on all accounts and I highly recommend Jennifer Kolp to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle from Szott's M59 Toyota Scion in Waterford MI. I traded in my Suzuki SX4 2008 for a Prius II 2011 Jennifer made the process "Painless". Thanks again Jennifer - my family loves our new Prius II and so does my wallet!!!

Second car I have bought through this location. In the past everyone has been helpful from front to service. Jennifer was particularly helpful this last time even though busy at times she never let me forget she was taking care of things for me. The rest of the staff worked to take care of my concerns and were friendly. A pleasant experience all around.
