My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I am new to the BMW family. I decided to purchase a certified pre-owned 328xi a little over a year ago. I have gone to service a few times since I have owned the vehicle.

Jeremy has been very helpful and understanding. He has really shown great customer service and helped address any concerns I have shared with him. On separate occasions for my service needs, I worked with Jeff, Larry and more recently, Rich. Even when I had frustrations, they each helped explain the situations better for me to understand and they did their very best to assist me.

I truly appreciate the service as it definitely impacts my first time experience with BMW and all that the Park Ave Dealership has to offer. I have already sent friends and family to the dealership and I recommend the services to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
After visiting Tenafly BMW we decided to do some comparison shopping and ended up at Park Ave BMW. We were immediately greeted upon walking in and offered water, coffee, etc. We did not have an appointment but after waiting only a minute or two we were greeted by Jeremy (the sales manager), who made us feel right at home. Jeremy brought us over and introduced us to one of his Sales Advisors ,Andre, who made us feel equally as comfortable. We walked in unsure of our intentions but ended up leaving in less than 2 hours with the exact car we wanted, at the EXACT price we wanted to pay. Anyone who has bought a car before knows that this is rare! Park Ave BMW was everything you could ask for from a dealership - friendly, professional (yet laid back), honest, and attentive. During our time there, both Jeremy and Andre made sure that all our needs were being met. We have been driving luxury German vehicles for many years and bought from many different dealerships, but we can say that Park Ave BMW was hands down the easiest and best dealer we have experienced to date. My Review of Park Ave BMW:
A consistently great experience from start to finish. There is no weak link on the team at Park Ave BMW as each and every team member embraced me as if I was their own personal client. With only 3 days remaining on my current lease, and a firm budget in mind, I contacted Sales Manager Jeremy Behar. Without hesitation, Jeremy assured me that he would find me a car that met my needs as well as my time restraints. Within a day, Jeremy was able to find me that perfect car! In the meantime, he and Finance Manager Jim Palumbo worked diligently to process my new vehicle financing and to complete the termination of my current lease. At this time, I was introduced to my Client Advisor, Daniel Kenney. Daniel immediately took me to see my car, and was so genuinely excited for me, that it is hard to say who was more excited, me or him! Having just received the car at their dealership, both Jeremy and Daniel personally oversaw the cleaning and detailing of my car to ensure I was nothing less than thrilled. Goal accomplished! Daniel was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me as he covered all the features and benefits of my new car and the services provided by BMW. Daniel's attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer and the "little extras" he provided really helped personalize my experience (ie. pairing my phone with my car, attaching my Ipod to my stereo and helping me remove my personal belonging from my old vehicle).
Through out my car buying experience, I visited Park Ave BMW on 3 separate occasions; and each time, they exceeded my expectations in customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I would absolutely recommend this dealership in the future.

Jermy Bahar always Treated like i was best top client and he knows exactly what I want I didnt even question my new lease because I trusted the fact he knows what I don't want. My Review of Park Ave BMW:
Rich was fantastic. He listened to all of our needs/concerns and was frank about the possible obstacles we could face due to credit issues. With the help of the Finance Supervisor he was able to offer us a great deal that met our budget perimeters.

He had a great attitude throughout the entire transaction. And seemed very genuine and we did not feel like we were just a number ($).

This is now my 4th lease with BMW and this is the first time a dealer offered to walk me through all of the features. I'm excited for our appointment tomorrow in which Rich is going to give me a tutorial on how to sync my blue tooth, set up the satellite radio and much more.

It was a painless and great experience all around. I recommend Rich to everyone!

I had to log back and add that today I went in for my tutorial and Rich was great. He walked me through all of the features patiently. Prior to that my car was sent off to get detailed and since I brought my laptop with me to work remotely, I was set up in an office so that I could work efficently. STELLAR SERVICE all around.

Very nice and neat installation nice updated show room, friendly staff, friendly sales persons i felt very comfortable and welcomed as soon as i enter the dealership and as soon as i sat down with my salesman jay johnson, they show they care about you and your business they gave me the best deal that i was looking for and that they could offer me i been to many bmw dealerships and i have to say here at park ave bmw i found the nicest friendliest staff and more important than anything i felt welcomed and comfortable when i was there jay and jeremy worked out a good deal for me and took care of the whole sale process and finance application fast and show me they care about the customer needs i would recomend this to anybody specially family or friends and i would do business again here.
