Bought a car a few months ago from Park ave. Tom was nice and made great suggestions. He assessed my needs and wants. No games and straight to the point. The thing I found most valuable after the purchase was the support. If I ever had a question on how to work some of the technology Tom was always helpful and good at explaining things to me. I have bought a few cars from this dealership and their sales manager, Jeremy Behar. The service that I get and more importantly the price that I get is second to none!!! I have a BMW dealership that is 1 mile from my home and I still choose to travel to Park Avenue and Jeremy for my BMWS. GREAT PLACE!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Park Ave BMW, especially with Jeremy Behar. He is a honest and hard working, and goes above and beyond every time. I have gotten 2 cars with Jeremy and have recommended any family or friends that I know are looking into getting new car, many of who also end up getting a car through Jeremy. One of the best things about Jeremy is he is not all about making the sale and helping you before the sale, he is always there to answer and of your questions, comments, and concerns even well after the fact. So if you are looking for a new car you can know you are in good hands with Jeremy.

Experience with this dealership was AAAAA+++++. It was a very smooth transaction and they were very helpful and accommodating. They were professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family. We had a trade in and they were very fair in the price and went out of their way to locate and go pick up our car from another dealership and delivery ours the same day.

Nick, Jim and Jeremy were great to work with and should get a big bonus!!! We look forward to working with them again.

I was extremely happy with my experience at ParknAve BMW. The salesmen were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted in the many decisions that needed to be made about the options available. They walked me through each and every option. They were explicit in all explanations. They were honest. It seemed as if they went above and beyond to make my experience delightful. It was evident that they really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Once I decided on the color I wanted, Jeremy immediately ordered my X3. The following day Tom was invaluable in expediting the paperwork. Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, be was extremely personable. He was able to relate to my children, making their wait pleasurable.
I was originally promised my vehicle in approximately 4 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 2 weeks early. Tom contacted me to tell me the fantastic news and I came in that very evening. When we arrived, everything was prepared for me. As we waited for Gil, Tom showed me my car. He was very thorough in all of his explanations. He assisted me in setting up the many things that needed to be set. Again, Tom was very friendly and personable.
When I met with Gil, he too was friendly and efficient. He quickly and thoroughly explained all of the paperwork without making it seem boring and tedious.
Overall, my experience at Park Ave BMW was phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service and my car.

We were treated royally. This is the sixth or seventh BMW we have owned and always used a dealership closer to our Essex County home. Park Ave. BMW was referred to us for service on our already existing BMW, and we were so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the service department, that we figured the Sales department should at least equal the service. We were not wrong! Jeremy and Jesse gave us incredible service, were very accomodating, and took special care not to waste our time. We drove out with a new BMW only days after our initial visit. Other dealership would still be apologizing for not getting back to us yet! Highly recommend this dealer to anyone who will listen. We have always driven BMW;s, now we know where to buy it. Again, can't say enough about the efficiency and professionalism of this dealership.

Dave was very responsive to my questions and was instrumental in finding a solution to my issue with BMW. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was a satisfied BMW owner. I have dealt with many other car brands and serivce departments, and none have treated me as well as Park Ave. BMW.

I've leased BMW's for over 10 years now and my current lease wasn't due to end until March. So, I had no intention of doing anything before then until I heard that BMW had an end of year promo. I called Bob Westervelt who I absolutely love working with and have followed from a previous dealership. As always Bob made the whole experience professional, straight forward, honest and stress free! Before working with Bob I would absolutely dread the car lease experience and always felt as though I was dealt with insincerety and basically was just another sales number. Bob you're the best! Also, my whole experience with the Park Ave team was wonderful. I was treated warmly by everyone I worked with from the person who helped me on the front end process of turning in my old car to Jim who worked through all the paperwork. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I love my new car!!

We couldn't be happier with the sales experience we received at Park Ave BMW, and from Sabit, in particular. Sabit was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to make a deal and make sure we were happy. He took so much time with us to explain everything, and make sure we felt comfortable with our lease, and the car and its features. He and the team (sales manager Jeremy, and finance manager, Jim) at this dealership really go the extra mile.
Prior to visiting Park Ave BMW, we had dealt with a different BMW dealer in Manhattan and we were left very dissatisfied with that dealership - both in terms of the sales team's professionalism, the pricing offered, and the service experience too on our old car. When we came to Park Ave BMW to look into leasing a new car, we were really astounded by the difference. We couldn't have higher reviews for Park Ave BMW, and recommend Sabit as a top-notch sales advisor.

I had a issue with my car and Park Avenue BMW went above and beyond to rectify it. Thier service department is nothing short of fantastic. The foreman, Van, had to go to BMWNA directly as this was a issue that they never saw before as the car was a 2013. They completley kept me up to date and in a great loaner as well. The people in Service, Larry and Steph were awesome as always. There is a BMW dealer, (Tenafly) which is only a mile from my house and I still go to Park Avenue as they are that much better. Their service department alone is a reason to buy a BMW!!!!
