I was treated with a great deal of respect even though I was not buying a new car, or even one that was on the lot yet. I came in with my own financing and offered my own price and the service was still wonderfull. I will be looking to this dealership for my furture vehicle needs.

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
Everyone was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and understanding from the moment we walked into the dealership. We had 2 children with us and a somewhat unique situation concerning trade-in or purchase of the vehicle we were currently driving. Ther was very little pressure, which made us most comfortable in the decision we made. We will definitely continue coming to Suburban of West Michigan and recommend it to our friends and family as well!

Working with Suburban of West Michigan was an initial concern since I am from Ohio. They have a great staff though that was easy to work with and lots of clear pictures on thier website for my review. We had a concern with the fact that our vehical had shown that it was in a past accident so they took a long video to ease our fears and sent it to us. They made our whole experience easy and straight forward.

My gosh; over the yrs. I have been gun shy,and turned off with missed informed and not told all.
Suburban of W. Michigan was very heart warming for me. I have been under a great deal of stress an worried about how they would treat me when i decided to follow thru with there questions. They have been the "BEST" #1 experiance i ever have had. With continued servce with them they will see me the next time i'm ready to buy again. Lisa an Jeremy you have broken the ice for me and wish/look forward to continue with a open commuications. I don't see any possibilty they will leave me out to dry. SO keep what you all do best going.

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
After test driving a couple cars we liked, we shopped online for the best deal. We couldn't find the deal we were looking for near home, so we expanded our search and found that the deal we were looking for was at Suburban...only 700 miles from our home in Kansas! Jeremy assured me that buying out-of-state would be easy, and he was right. It really was no different than buying a car in person. He picked my wife up at the airport and allowed her to inspect the vehicle in the well-lit showroom. Most of the paperwork was taken care of in advance, so she was able to drive it out pretty quickly with no hassles. We were very satisfied with our purchase and will absolutely consider buying from Jeremy again - even if it means airfare and 700 mile car trips!

I highly recommend Suburban of Grand Rapids for your next vehicle. Jeremy is very personable and professional. No pressure, I felt like the ball was in my court the whole time. Also, he gave me a great price for my trade-in and a steal on the Chrysler 300, which by the way drives like a dream. They even have fresh baked cookies for you while you wait. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel right at home and show you all the comparable vehicles in the area so hat you know you are getting a great deal. Don't worry about haggling over price they set it low for you and give you a high quality car to take home. Next time I bye a car it will be from Jeremy and I will bring my football to test his wide receiver skills as he was an All-American in college. Thanks Jeremy the 300 is beautiful.
