Visited them for servicing of my Tiguan on 4/11/2024, where I had the worst experience in my life. 1) The waiting room was very stinky 2) Men’s restroom was in the most horrible condition, with urine where I had the worst experience in my life. 1) The waiting room was very stinky 2) Men’s restroom was in the most horrible condition, with urine spread all over the floor and toilet paper and paper towel all over. This room had the most horrible smell, so much that I preferred to roam around the dealership until the servicing of my vehicle was done. 3) When the servicing was done I came back. The Asian looking gentleman handed me the papers for payment and when I reached the cashier’s counter there was nobody. I waited nearly two minutes and then I noticed the manual bell to alert the staff member. When I rang the bell out of nowhere a woman dashed to her seat and threw it into the trash can with all the force she could. She added that she has to do the work of two people as the other person is not there. The only good thing about this place is that the man who took care of my car was professional. More
