From the minute we got out of our car, John engaged us in informed conversation about a particular used vehicle on their lot. We had a lot of information on the vehicle prior to arriving from their website, but John got the service records and answered our many questions thoroughly. Jerry Corderro also explained in depth the pricing of this particular car in relation to others on the local market. John checked back in with us during the entire process (test drive, meeting with finance, etc.), which made the process smooth and efficient. After leaving to see vehicles at other dealerships, we returned to purchase this car and we were warmly greeted after our "shopping" without feeling guilty doing so. John then shepharded the car through the prep servicing while we met with finance officer to speed things along, as we had come a distance. He instructed us about the steps we needed to take with the insurance company and registry once we got home. We were glad that we had brought the old plates so that we could drive off the lot with our new used car!
We are also looking to replace a second vehicle that was totalled, and we will definitely be revisiting Atamian in the future.

The entire sales "crew" at Atamian Honda were the most professional, knowledgeable and caring group I have ever dealt with over the 15 years I have been buying cars for my limousine company.

I've never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. Darryll Valcourt in Sales was completely professional and one of the kindest and considerate persons I've ever done business with. The customer service - from my first conversation with Bill Jarrett through the final process with Darryll - was outstanding. They were quite accommodating and went out of their way make sure I was a happy customer. When I purchase a car in the future, it will be through Atamian Honda. Thank you!

I drove several miles (from the northeast corner of CT) ... because Atamian had the vehicle that I was looking for on their lot. Additional reasons for the long ride ... also included, Condition and Price of the vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and each buying experience is very different from the other. Some go well and some not so well. So I went in with an open mind and hoped for the best.

And I have to say "The Best" is what I got. We were greeted by a salesman (Tarik Slaoui) who was upbeat, friendly, and extremely helpful. We were also fortunate enough to meet and interact with two of Atamians other employees (Steve Cordero and Steve Redding) and when I mean interact ... the conversation leaned more towards family and daily life rather than just business and cars.

My brother and I were treated like old friends, the vehicle (even for a used vehicle) was exceptionally clean and the price was very good.

This is one dealership I would highly recommend.

I recently bought a used 4runner from Atamian Honda. Atamain was very upfront about all out the door costs and we were able to reach a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised that there were NO last minute costs or changes that i have seen at other dealers. They were upfront through the entire sales process.

A few weeks after driving the car, I noticed a bad shimmy in the front end. I had a local mechanic look at it, and there was a blown shock. I called Atamian service and they said bring it in for a repair under warranty. They paid for a rental car for two days while it was in the shop. They ended up replacing both shocks as the other one looked worn (but not blown).

So for sales and service, I would highly recommend Atamian.

This is my third lease. Never have I been to this dealership, but a relative referred me to Jim Tringale, since they have had good experience with Jim. My intent was going for informational purposes only. My current lease was expiring, and I was prepared to be entertained by my chosen 3 specific dealerships. I had notebook in hand to make comparisons at days end. Never happened. Jim and Jerry Cordero made my day ! Came off the lot with a turned in 2009 and drove off with a 2012 ... Civic LX coming and going. Painless !!

Awesome experience. No hassle shopping and when we chose the new Honda Jerry gave us a bottom-line price. Made buying so easy no back and forth on price. Salesman Jonathan was very knowledgable about the vehicle and what would be good as accessories. When we made the deal Steve walked us through the details and got us a loan rate better than anything we could get from the banks. We did shop the dealer at 3 locateion commonwealth Honda, Ira Honda, botch Honda. Atamian beat them all buy thousands.


It was my first pleasurable car buying experience. We jiggly recommend them this dealer.
