I found Jerry Handelman to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking for a used car with low mileage. Jerry showed us several cars within our budget and we will certainly come back to Jerry and O'Meara Ford within the next few days. We never had a sales person who was so understanding of our needs.

I was in the market for a used truck for my company. I drove all over 104th and even went to Rocky's. Not only did I not find the right truck anywhere else but I was treated so badly at even other dealership. I was very defensive by the time I went to O'mera. There I met Jerry Handyman. I explained what I needed and he showed me the perfect truck. He explained all the features and let me drive it. He then told me that he would give me the price I wanted. I didn't believe him. We went inside and sure enough there was no negotiations needed. Jerry gave me the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Thanks Jerry.

This team is great! We bought a new F250 truck one weekend, realized it was missing a few features we really wanted and they "exchanged" it for us - no problems.

Jerry is very attentive and the Sales Managers we worked with (Richard Roth and Justin Chavez) were nice - not overly salesy - just up front and honest. Mike Miller our Finance Manager was great too!

Lastly, beyond the fact that they had the biggest vehicle choice (and some hard to find options) the dealership is NICE.

Jerry Handleman was knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my new vehicle. Although I was a very tough negotiator, Jerry kept his cool and did not become discouraged at any time during the sale. There were some problems that surfaced after the sale but through perserverance and determination Jerry got the problems handled to my satisfaction.

I went in just to look around, buying was not on my mind at the time. Then I met Jerry Handelman. Every question was answered quickly and fully. In no time at all I went from window shopping to wanting to get that car! Mr. Handelman then introduced a me to a Paul Goldstein. To be honest, between the two of them they charmed me into buying mode! Everyone I had the pleasure to meet made buying a car a treat compared to all my previous automobile purchaching experiances! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jerry and O'Meara on our used car purchase. Jerry was a treat to work with. He made the purchasing of a car no nonsense, fun, and indeed a pleasure. My boyfriend and I were going car shopping, as he was in need of a car. He has no credit score and a single blemish on his credit history, so we knew we'd need special financing. So after a terrible visit on a Thursday night to Grand Kia where we received the worst experience of our life (a rude condescending employee who managed to tell us every reason we would be unable to get a car through them, etc.), we decided to spend our weekend at O'Meara instead.

That Saturday we set out to a new dealership after submitting our info through a site that helps fund people with no credit. I ultimately had to cosign for my boyfriend, but let me get to the main point: the customer service at O'Meara is amazing. Jerry Handelman was our sales man, and he showed us the cars on the lot that he would be able to get us financing. He stayed positive and friendly, and patiently answered every question we had - we never felt pressured into buying a car.

We're extremely happy with our purchase of an '05 Ford Mustang, and only feel we could have negotiated the price better had this not been our first car-buying experience. O'Meara does focus negotiations on the monthly payments (as opposed to the overall cost) so I do recommend preparing yourself and maybe even bringing a calculator. But overall we still left happy with our purchase, and didn't leave feeling "ripped off". Thank you Jerry at O'Meara!
