Not only was Jerry friendly from the git go, and got me under my budget, he took the time to entertain my kids while I could look over the car and deal carefully. I would recommend Jerry to anybody I knew getting a car.

After contacting a friend at Jeff Wyler Honda to see if he could help us with our purchase, he had Jerry Smith call us from Jeff Wyler Chrysler in Fort Thomas. So, we made an appointment and he showed us what was available in the Chrysler 200. My husband found the car he liked and the process was as smooth as cutting butter with a hot knife. In a few hours the car was ours and we were on our way home. Thank you for a Great experience, we will be back in the near future for another purchase.

After contacting the dealership online, I was contacted by Jerry Smith. He did not pressure me as my wife and I were looking for a new van. He quoted me a good price for the van we wanted. When we were able to stop by the dealership three weeks later, we met Jerry and we went for a drive. The quoted price was the same and the process of buying our new grand caravan was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Jerry Smith. He truly made the process comfortable and I will certainly refer my friends and family to him in the future.

This dealer was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my 2013 Dodge Dart. The more I drive it, the more I love it. Jerry saw to it that I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. I did not come into the dealership that day expecting to purchace a new vehicle, only came prepared to "look" and was delighted with the deal that I received. Jerry never made me feel rushed or pressured and treated me as if I were the only customer he had that day when I knew that there were others waiting to see him. This dealership was great as soon as i inquired about a van online we recived a telephone call within 5 min which was great. When we tried to go see the van Jerry kept us informed on when the van would be ready because it was being worked on and as soon as it was there we test drove it loved it and made a deal. Jerry worked to get us the best deal possible thank you so much the next time we need a new car we will be back

Information on vehicle price, trade in and financing was communicated up front prior to actual visit and did not change. Easy to negotiate the transaction.
