I needed the oil change as well as an inspection for my car. BeinSuing healthcare with a very tight schedule I had put off the needed services for a long time! I was so happy to see Mike at the express service center. I have known Mike for close to last 6 years and every time I have been extremely satisfied when Mike took care of me. With my wife and kids waiting in my other car, I was skeptical if I will be able to get both the services done in timely fashion since it was almost 4.30 in the afternoon. Mike not only warmly received us, he got the oil change done in couple of minutes. What really touched me was that he went out of his way to go and speak to the nearby Shell inspection Center and request them on my behalf to help with the inspection in the wee hours of the Saturday. This was while I was getting the oil change at the Express service station. He came back to check on me that i was being treated well as geting the inspection done at Shell. I was able to get both the needed jobs done and was back on the road to my parents house in half an hour!It has been really a pleasure knowing Mike and I am sure there are other customers like me who have been touched by the great service experience with Mike. When I first arrived at the Express service center I was not too happy as I had just noticed that my front bumper was loose on the driver's side I had no recollection of my car being hit however considered the possibility that another vehicle could have hit my parked car. I was initially told by the Express service technician that he could do the oil change at the Express station but I would have to bring my car across the street to the main service area for someone to look at the fender . I expressed my dissatisfaction with having to do this with the service advisor Mike .Mike's excellent customer service skills came into play and this is why I rated my experioence as a "5" He immediately contacted an auto body specialist to come to the Express location and look at the fender problem ,Mike promised to get someone within the next 20 minutes while my oil was being changed. I read the complimentary newspaper but avoided those calorie loaded donuts and coffee. As promised the auto body specialist arrived, he diagnosed the fender problem, advised my of my options and fixed the problem to my satisfaction on the spot . Mike was extremely professional , I love the new Express station ,my only suggestion is to consider offering a more healthly option in addition to those high calorie donuts for those of us who watch our waistlines !! Although I am never happy about spending more then anticipated on servicing, Mike took the time and patience to show me where and how the breaks were wearing and what my options were. He took ownership of servicing and arranged to have the work done at the main location and the car returned to his location for pickup. (vs sending me to the main service center to make an appointment and deal with a another set of employees)He took ownership, kept me informed, test drove the car after repairs and followed with a phone call to ensure I was satisfied and car was running well.I have complete trust in Mike and his customer service is outstanding.
