My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
I usually hate car shopping. I hate high pressure sales techniques and do not like the back and forth of getting the best deal. I walked into the dealership and the General Manager was sitting behind the reception desk. She was "filling in" on a Sunday. Jesscia Germain (General Manager) was very friendly and wanted to help me find a sales person who would not pressure me at all. She chose Cindy who was great. We discussed what I wanted and how much it would cost. She encouraged me to make any offer I felt was fair and she presented it to her sales manager. I did not get the feeling at any time that I was being pressured, and the deal was very straight forward. I would recommend Germain Honda on Sawmill Road Columbus Ohio!!!

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
I recently purchased a Civic at Germain Honda. After considering other options I was referred to Jessica Germain. (Actually, I have been taking my Odyssey to their service department for several years and have always been pleased by their people and work.) Jessica was/is a wonderful person as well as a professional. We actually worked with Frank P. and he was very knowledgable, and proactive, in helping us find the right car for our needs. The entire process was pleasant and positive, which is important as car-buying can be stressful.

My family and I would be happy to work with them and purchase another vehicle from Germain Honda in the future. Thank you.

The best car experience I have ever had by far. I went to the dealership with my hopes very low that I would be able to purchase a car at all. Jessica and Cindy went Above and Beyond to make sure my husband and I were pleased. We will be sending everyone we know, who is in the market for a car change, straight to Germain Honda of Dublin!!
