Jessica Reid at Gary Rome Hyundai

Hopefully this will be helpful to all those single ladies out there hunting for a car on their own. Recently I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra and I'm quite happy with my purchase. John Linnehan was the salesman and most professional. I felt No pressure and clearly made the decision on my own. When I decided I wanted the car Ed Borbeau gave me a fair price on my trade-in and Jessica Reid found the lowest loan rate. I clearly did not have to lift a finger. John had the car inspected, removed my dump sticker from my old car to the new one LOL and even programmed my phone to the car. WHAT AWESOME service. I would buy another car here in the future and highly recommend you do too. Thanks again for the awesome service.

This dealership has UNBELIEVABLE customer service. The whole team went above and beyond to help satisfy me, especially Mike Pijar. With a smile always on his face, he followed through and made sure I got the right car that I was looking for. Never once did I feel like I was overstepping my boundaries with asking too many questions. I would sincerely highly recommend this dealership, and this service to ANYONE looking for a new/used car!

My mother did not get swamped by someone while we were looking at some cars in the lot, which is one of our biggest fears of going to get a car. John was very nice and helped her through the whole process answering every question she had, and believe me, she had many! Thank you again for everything, my mom is so excited driving her car. Jessica the business manager was also very helpful going over all the paperwork that needed to be signed. Great experience, would definitely buy again!

I just got my second vehicle in just under 3 years from John Linnehan. I loved my Tucson, but it was time for an upgrade. John was able to get me a wonderful deal on a 2013 Veloster and the transaction couldn't have gone any more smoothly! I would recommend Gary Rome to any of my friends and family (and have done so!), and would tell them to go straight to John for the best service the dealership has to offer!

Gary, once again I left your dealership with a smile. If there was another word I could think of that would be better than OUTSTANDING, to best describe John Linnehan, I'd use it. On your scale of 1 to 5 I'd rate John 10 because 5 isn't high enough. John is very knowlegable, professional, polite, and extremely NICE. John is very easy to talk to , and after a few minutes you get a very comfortable feeling, like you've known John for years. John treated me and my wife Donna, exactly the way I would like to be treated. John helped me buy an Elantra. The price was good, and what I got for my Honda as a trade, was exactly what I was hoping to get.
I have to give Jessica Reid a rating of 10 also, for the same reasons as John. It doesn't take long to feel relaxed talking to Jessica. It seemed like a mountain of paperwork, but Jessica made it easy and in a short amount of time. Everything was explained and all questions were answered with no surprises. Jessica also took the extra time and found me a lower interest rate than the one quoted. Again, I wish I could find a word better than OUTSTANDING to describe Jessica.
I'd like to thank John and Jessica for all they did to help me buy another Hyundai. I won't go anywhere else the next time I buy a car.

From start to finish, Michael Pijar was both knowledgeable, confident in his product, and kind, as well as looking out for our best interests and not simply his or his dealership. I wouldn't deal with any other "dealer" for a car, either new or used, than Garry Rome Hyundai. It is nothing but the truth that Gary Rome is dedicated to the small business, 'win-win' philosophy. I know this as I am a small business owner myself and am committed to values such as loyalty and integrity! These days, when a business person does the simple things, I take notice and don't take this for granted. I would personally refer any and everyone I know to Gary Rome, Michael Pijar for sales and Keith or Jessica for financing. Their financing team are the only ones I have ever interacted with that are confident but not arrogant! After working through some first time barriers with my first lease option, Michael came back after already leaving work to personally deliver my new lease!!! Jaime in service is also a behind the scenes but stand up team member and Rick in service has a much needed sense of humor these days and takes the potential frustrations out of service!

Mark Baron was quite simply the best car salesman I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been in marketing and sales for almost 25 years, and he was truly a great combination of knowledgeable; sincere; and honest. Jessica in the business office was top notch as well. This is now my 2nd car buying experience at Gary Rome Hyundai, and they have a lifetime customer. Truly top rate all around.

We needed a new car quickly, but were dreading shopping for one. After going to 2 other dealerships to look at other brands, we decided to check out the Hyundai Sonata. We are so glad we did. Our salesman, John Linnehan was wonderful, and made our experience a great one! He was very excited about the Sonata, and was so informative, making our decision very easy! Everyone we dealt with was so helpful genuinely sincere. We would recommend Gary Rome (and the Sonata!) to anyone looking for a great car and great service!

Jason was wonderful. He answered all my questions and was not just pushing to sell me the car. The process for myself I found overwhelming as this is only the second car I purchased and Jason made the process much easier. He gave me time to think and process and even came off on his DAY OFF so I could pick up my car. He was wonderful and I would totally suggest buying a car from him. They gave me a great financing rate and matched what my bank would do. This was just a wonderful experience. Keith was wonderful about explaining financing and warranties. Jessica was great about going over my paperwork when i came to pick up my car. They made buying a car an easy experience and were wonderful with all my questions. I would absolutely come back and recommend them.
