To be treated in a respectful manner as a fellow human being and paying customer; 2. For the dealership to hold to what they say in terms of estimated cost and estimated time for repair; 3. A reasonable price (coupons ROCK!) Each time I have been to the service center at Les Stanford Cadillac, I have received all three, so this is MY dealership. Not only will they continue to service my current vehicle, but in a year from now (once this car is paid off), I will also give their sales center an opportunity as I'm seriously thinking about being brand-loyal now! Way to go, Les Stanford service team!!!! More

She keep in contact with me throughout and explained my CTS features in detailed. It wasn't just a sale, it was as if it was her own purchase. Exceptional person and delivery, made all the difference to me. I named my CTS, the Black Rose, for two reasons. First, my name means beautiful rose and my Cadillac embodies that beauty inside and out. Black not only for its luxurious color; but the rose is sweet and as it blooms becomes even more beautiful.
