My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
My wife and I stopped in on our way to Sacramento to visit a sick relative from our home in Ceres to check out a new 4Runner Trail Edition that showed up in new inventory on Elk Grove Toyota's web site. I had been looking for the elusive Trail Edition at dealers all around the valley and bay area for weeks.

The salesman Karl Bains was courteous and helpful, not pushy at all. We test drove the vehicle but did not have time to buy it at that time.

We came back around 4 in the afternoon and bought the vehicle. Now I must say that due to past experience with other dealers my wife was dreading the sales process, but much to our surprise, at Elk Grove Toyota it was painless, we got a fair price on the vehicle with out the usual back and forth to the sales manager, and were treated with respect at all times.

The finance dept person Debbie Jaynes was equally courteous and helpful. I had planned to have to buy an extended warranty online or elsewhere, but she made it worth it just to get it right there.

Jim was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend Jim. My husband & I were very specific in what we were looking for and Jim and his team searched relentlessly until they were able to obtain it! Once the 4runner arrived to their dealership and we arrived for the pick up Jim & Romy made the experience very painless. I can't say I was very excited to go through the whole new car buying process but Jim gave me a completely different experience than I expected. He didn't pressure and was very patient! I would HIGHLY recommend Jim! We are very pleased with our new car and the process it took it obtain it!

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
It was a pleasure working with Elk Grove Toyota on the recent purchase of our 2012 Highlander. Jim and Karl were very accommodating and reasonable, friendly, helpful and we never felt pressured during the entire process.

After visiting other dealerships and driving various vehicles, the Highlander was a perfect fit for our growing family. I would highly recommend the Toyota Highlander for anyone seeking a 7-seat SUV. The price point, features and the drive are excellent. Within a day we have already exceeded 300+ miles, every single one was a joy. Most importantly, when recommending a Highlander or another Toyota vehicle, I strongly encourage families in the the Sacramento Area or in Northern California to visit Elk Grove Toyota and purchase a vehicle from Karl and Jim.

Elk Grove Toyota is an outstanding dealership. We just purchased our 3rd car from them. The salesman who assisted us is Romy Cruz. He is knowledgable on the cars they have and was able to provide us with comparative information on other makes of cars we had looked at. He listened to what we told him we wanted and was helpful in finding us the car to met our needs. We also worked with Jim Blacksten, the dealerships Sales Manager. We were able to negotiate a deal in a timely manner as we have done in the past with him. Debbie in finance gave us a through explanation of options and the finance process. We have had excellent experiences both with the sales staff and the service department for many years now.

The staff Jim, Romy, and Jerry were extremely helpful and patient during our buying experience. It was raining and they showed us all the available models they had and explained all the features thoroughly. We highly reccomend speaking to them. Romy especially was very helpful and attended to all of our needs. Jim was also very was straight forward in the process. We are very happy with our purchase and will reccomend Elk Grove Toyota to all of our friends.
