Jim Carroll at Royal Palm Toyota

From the moment we parked our car at this dealer, we were greeted by several employees. They all were friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Jim Carroll, was easygoing, very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, and offered some helpful suggestions. His financial manager, district manager, and other managers were introduced to us and were extremely friendly as well. This dealer and its employees were never in a rush for us to make a purchase ... they were very conversive and my daughter and I felt very fortunate to have made their acquaintance. Jim is a gem, relaxed, easy to work with, and very much a perfect gentlemen. When I had been unable to get a ride to the dealership to pick up the car we purchased, Jim said (on a Sunday afternoon), that he would come and pick us up. That was after we purchased the auto. Overall, we had a most pleasant experience with Jim and the dealership he represents.

WITHOUT A DOUBT WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ AS A FABO HELPFUL SALESMAN THAT JUST MADE THE CAR PURCHASE THE BEST EVER. JIM CARROLL MADE IT SO PLEASANT WITH THE FINANCE FIGURING AND AMY IN FINANCE WAS SO GREAT TOO. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY THIS DEALERSHIP WITH THESE FINE PEOPLE TO ANY FRIEND OR REALTIVE WE HAVE. We researched vehicles and dealerships online and we chose this dealership based on it's ratings we had reviewed. We purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 and couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received. Jim Carroll our sales person worked really hard to get the deal at the price we needed and they did. Royal Palm Toyota is also true to their advertising. No dealer fees!!! The pricing was actual with no hidden costs. They really went above and beyond for us and we appreciated the excellent service!

Jim was very professional and friendly from the get go.He assisted us in choosing our car even though my wife changed her mind a few times.I have purchased many vehicles in my 73 years and Jim and the finance mgr. Mr.Alveraz Made the best yet,I hate salsemen but Jim was the exception.

My husband had been looking for a good deal on a used truck for about a year. His busy schedule left me in charge of the "scouting", and I sat at this computer for nights on end searching......Auto Trader, Cars.Com, Craigslist etc. etc. Sure enough a new listing appeared on 1-6-11,the husband's dream truck, a 2010 TUNDRA TRD with 10,000 miles on it for a competitive price !! A 40 minute drive to Royal Palm Toyota and the deal was done in half an hour. Thanks to our salesman, JIM CARROLL, a true professional,knowledgeable, not pushy, fair and reasonable. The best car buying experience we've ever had. Would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jim Carroll to anyone.

1st Class dealership....NO dealer Fees or hidden costs during the transaction... and Mr Carroll was knowledgeable, polite & a delight to work with... Reason I visited the Dealer was their outstanding internet presence.... vehicles were presently fairly and honestly. That was impressive...
