My Review of Airport Honda:
Chris Denny, general manger, is an incredible person that has the best interest of every customer that walks thru the doors of Airport Honda. The quality of service is above reproach and it starts at the top with Chris and is evident all the way down the the entire staff.

Jim Davis is as good as it gets when working with someone on purchasing a new vehicle. Jim's attention to detail and thoroughness is incredible. He helped make the process seamless and enjoyable.

Frank Cardwell, business manager, knew we were scheduled to be somewhere else soon and did a superb job of working with us on our final set of paperwork with Airport Honda. He, too, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and sincere regarding the information he went over. When Frank had finished with us, we had no questions and truly understood our financial information regarding the new 2012 Pilot that we bought.

Airport Honda is a class act, has great prices, and a staff that makes car purchasing enjoyable.

My Review of Airport Honda:
My family has just purchased our 7th vehicle from Airport Honda. Our salesman for 6 of them has been Jim Davis (the first was bought before Jim worked at the dealership). We have bought 2 new cars (one tonight) and 4 used cars from him, and I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else. Jim is not the stereotypical car salesman - he is not pushy, and he is an extremely honest, trustworthy, kind, patient, caring, hardworking man. He has gone above and beyond what I had come to expect when dealing with car salesmen.

We also have all of our vehicles serviced at Airport Honda. I have found the service representatives to be caring, trustworthy, and willing to explain any problems that might have been uncovered during a routine service.

I highly recommend Jim Davis at Airport Honda if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Airport Honda:
Jim Davis is really great. We actually bought a car from him last fall 2010, and unfortunately, my husband wrecked his car a year later so we stopped back in to see what he could do for us again. He ACTUALLY remembered us! He didn't know our names, but he knew what we did for a living, what we had bought, and I was so surprised as many people as he probably deals with in any given year.

We didn't actually purchase a car from him this year, but I wish we could have. His customer service is superb, and I never feel like he's putting a show on for us. He did his best to inform us when something came on the lot that was in our range, but ultimately, we ended up going to another dealer simply because of an unbelievable deal. Unfortunately, our salesman there was not nearly as terrific as Jim, but we'll definitely use Jim again in the future.

I would highly recommend Airport Honda and Jim Davis as a salesman.

My experience at Airport Honda was extremely painless! This is the second car I bought from Airport Honda and this is the second time Jim has helped me to the best of his ability! I feel very special when I am in the company of the whole dealership. After I drove away in my new Honda, I knew everything there was to know about my car and felt very confident that if I had any problem or was concerned about the car in any way that I can just call Jim and the problem would be solved! Went to Airport Honda to trade in two older cars for a more reliable newer car. The trade-in values that were offered were up to what Kelley Blue Book said was acceptable, and the cost of the car purchased was also in range of KBB.

My experience at Airport Honda was wonderful. Everyone was very courteous and professional. My salesman, Jim Davis, was excellent in every way. He worked with me to show me all my options, and got me the vehicle I wanted. He also did a wonderful job at teaching me everything about the vehicle I needed to know, and he gave me a good orientation to the dealership as well. A very good buying experience that I would recommend to anyone.

My Review of Airport Honda:
Jim did a great job getting my requirements for the car I was looking for. He helped me narrow down my selection by test driving various vehicles. He followed up with me every few days or so & set up a time & day to look at vehicles. Jim spent about 7 hours in one day until I figured out what I wanted. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I never felt pressured.

My Review of Airport Honda:
I am from Kentucky, and after going to sisk in hopkinsville ky, which only had the ex model, and added a 2000.00 Lack of availability charge, I was told to shop them, so I went online and did just that. I found that this dealership had the ex-l, which I was looking for, and even in black, like my wife wanted, and did not add the LOA fee. I gave as accurate description of my car as I could, and they quoted me a very fair trade in price, without seeing my car. Mr. Davis really is the person you hear on the phone, which seems to good to be true. Traveled to knoxville, completed the deal as discussed on the phone, shown all the features of the car by Mr. Davis, filled car up with gas, and we were thanked and sent on our way to Ky. I had a voice mail on my phone when we got home, Mr. Davis wanting to see how our trip home was. I would say that my experience with Mr. Davis and Air Port Honda would be an 11 out of 10. I would recommend to anyone reading this to give him a call before you purchase. Thanks again from Kentucky,
