My Review of Ken Garff Ford:
We got a post card in mail saying they would buy our 2003 Ford F 150 for 100% of the value of it. We were not looking to trade but thought since we had a chance we would check it out. I started to throw it away but I kept it for a few days. When I called and talked to Jim he told me he had something that was just right for my price range. The most important thing was I had to keep it at the payments I was already making. They greeted us as soon as we got out of our truck, had it ready for us, let us drive it by ourselves (which most companies don't do anymore). I told him what I could pay and he said he could do it for me. Having just bought a Jeep last year and having to deal with their nonsense about the price, this experience was so much easier than that one. I was shocked when he was able to get the payment within $7.00 of where I was. This transaction was so much smoother. I would recommend them to anyone. I was disappointed about the gift card. There isn't much of a choose from on it, but the people were very nice. Great job done!

This is the fifth vehicle we've bought from Jim and the dealership. If I wasn't totally satisfied, I wouldn't be going back. I buy fleet vehicles and will continue to use them over the coming years. They do an exceptional job and the attention and service we get is unmatched by other dealerships.

I called the dealership and made an appointment with salesman Jim Elliott on a Friday afternoon. I stopped by on my way home from work that evening, and I decided to buy the car I went to look at. The service was friendly, the price was reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth and timely.

I would recommend this dealer and Jim to anyone. I had a bad experience with a local Ford dealer in the SLC. I sent Ken Garth Ford an email explaining what had happened and within 30 minutes I recieved a call from Jim,told him what I was looking for, he took my information over the phone. When I got to Ken Garth Ford they had two trucks ready for me to test drive.I decided on one and I was out of he dealership in one hour and fourty five minutes. Jim was very pleasant, professional and didn't give me the usual song and dance crap. I really appreciated the entire experience.

Both Jim and Matt took the time to explain things thoroughly, and they let us do a test drive to our house to be sure the vehicle would fit in our garage. They are both very knowledgeable and very patient in answering questions and presenting options. We were able to compare two vehicles literally side-by-side in terms of features, options and price.

Allen was great to work with. He got me in the truck I wanted at a great price. I liked my experience at the dealership. I felt like everyone was straight forward. Mark in finance was patient and got me what I wanted. Jim was helpful and professional. I will buy another truck at the dealership from Allen Empey.

I was looking for a Dodge Nitro online. I inquired about one at Ken Garff Ford . Jim Elliott responded almost right away. When we arrived at the lot, Carl Johnson was right there to answer all the questions we had. We have had recent credit issues. Shelton Heath took care of us and found the financing that we needed. We previously went to a competitor. What a difference in costomer service. Ken Garff's employee stand out ahead of the others. Way to go!! Thanks again for everything.

My Review of Ken Garff Ford:
The minute we walked into Ken Garff Ford Dealship we were treated special by the receptionist, our salesman, Jim Elliott,and all the other managers who helped us to close the deal on our new 2011 Ford Flex. Jim Elliott, salesman, listened well to what I wanted in reference to price and accessories in the Ford Flex. He explained very clearly all of the different models of the Ford Flex. When I picked up my vehicle he helped me to understand all of my different options and helped me sync my phone to my car - "I was thrilled about that feature." Jim has also called me and e-mailed me to make sure my questions are answered and that I am satisfied. Wonderful dealership and I LOVE MY NEW FORD FLEX!

Jim was great to work with. There was a warranty item that needed attention. He took it to the Buick dealer and totally managed the work with them. He always called and told me the progress till it was all done. I couldn't ask for better service. I'm happy to refer my friends to Ken Garff in AF.
