Great experience. Jim was very thorough in obtaining his understanding of what our needs for the vehicle were, as well as our price range and timing. He did appropriate follow-up and was very responsive to all of our requests for a specific car. We would highly recommend Jim as well as the dealership as a whole.

The people we worked with provided great customer service, however, at the beginning of the financing process it took a substantial amount of time. Then, when we were preapproved for a better rate through Chase, we were encouraged to physically go to the bank to complete their loan process instead of working through the dealership's finance department to secure the rate through Chase. We spent about 3 hours at the dealership in the morning finalizing a price and discussing financing, and another 3 hours at Chase getting the loan check....When we returned and finalized the purchase we spoke to a different finance guy that could suddenly get us a better rate and include a long-term warranty for the initial costs that were offered that morning. We happily took the better offer, and it was completed in less than 10 minutes...but this could have all been accomplished much much much earlier that morning instead of us literally losing an entire day.

Got to the dealership at 10am...drove out at 6pm...always either at the dealership or bank...

Again, the people are personable and awesome, and the price was good, but if you're not a cash buyer...take the day off (like we did) to buy.

I had been looking at cars for awhile but didn't know what I really wanted. I was all over the place - brands, sizes, price etc.. I walked into the Honda showroom while waiting for an oil change on another car we have. I walked up to ask a few questions and Jim was right there. He took me to a table and he answered all my questions, brought things up on the computer and showed me different sites I should check into. He asked me if I wanted to test drive a few cars. We did and I gained an new perspective on what car I thought I wanted. After the test drive, we continued to talk and I asked him about one more car. Jim gave me his honest opinions on all the cars. I came back two days later, asked for Jim and asked him if he had time to take me on one more test drive. We went for one more test drive and patiently answered all my questions -again. I knew I had found my car! If Jim hadn't been so nice and patient, I might have walked away. He definitely made the whole process so smooth and easy. No pressure at all. That afternoon my husband and I came back and bought my car. I couldn't be happier and thànks to Jim and his patients I found the car I didn't even know I was looking for. I would highly recommend Jim and the Honda of Lisle.

We had narrowed our search to Honda CRV, Chevy Equinox, and Ford Escape. We dealt with Jim Ferris, who was very professional but not pushy like the other dealer's salesmen. I would highly recommend Jim.

Working with Jim Ferris on the purchase of my used Pilot was a stress free and positive experience. He was patient and extremely helpful with finding a Pilot that I liked after the one I wanted from the internet was already sold.

There were a few issues with the car and he went above and beyond to get all of the necessary fixes taken care of.

I felt so comfortable working with him that I recommended him to a friend who also ended up making a purchase from this dealership.

I would recommend working with him to anyone interested in a Honda.

He is very polite , very friendly , very helpful. I will recommend his name to people who wants to buy cars. He quickly fixed the car battery problem when I was about to take the car delivery.

I needed a good used car, but generally don't like the car buying experience. Jim helped me feel comfortable with his friendly personality. Jim was able to accomodate my test drive requests and was able to answer all of the questions regarding the 2010 Honda Accord Coupe. I was very pleased with the entire experience as well as the car that I selected.

Tim did a terrific job answering all our questions about the Honda Pilot and accessories that could be ordered with the vehicle. Trade-in appraisel was done quickly. Jim was available to us when we picked up the car in Tim's absence. Jim did a great job taking time out to explain all options with the vehicle and setting up some of our preferences.

I bought this car through an internet transaction and it was very painless and a very good deal. Buying a new car is not fun for me with the price haggling etc and I prefer it to be direct and quick with a bottom line price. This is my second experience with Lisle Honda and I came back because the first experience was very positive. They did not disappoint me ! Ask for Jim Ferris.....Marianne
