Service dept needs more training. I was told that the body shop would come over while my explorer was being serviced for a recall. Not true. I had to do that myself. I was told by I was told that the body shop would come over while my explorer was being serviced for a recall. Not true. I had to do that myself. I was told by the service dept would call be back because the didn’t know if they could service the two recalls I have. Well 3 days later no one called me back. Huh!! I called them again. Then when I picked up my car No receipt that told me what they did. A lot of room for improvement. Poor customer service. When you question them. They just get mad at you. More

Bought my 1st ever brand new car in Dec 21 and sadly it was totaled just 6 months to the day. I was traumatized by not only the accident but losing the car that I loved. When looking for a replacement we w was totaled just 6 months to the day. I was traumatized by not only the accident but losing the car that I loved. When looking for a replacement we were having trouble finding one similar. Jim "Ike" knew what we were looking for and called when one miraculously became available. Mike in finance was very helpful too! Thank you to them both for making the outcome of my traumatic experience a positive one. More

Love Dahl, just bought my fourth Ford from Dahl! I go back again and again for the amazing service from the looking, figuring, buying, and service of the vehicle!! I always feel comfortable, know I go back again and again for the amazing service from the looking, figuring, buying, and service of the vehicle!! I always feel comfortable, know that I am being treated fairly and honestly. The staff is genuine and I have always had a great experience with the entire process. Service is top notch, I only go to Dahl for service and maintenance on my vehicles. When I am waiting for my care, the entire staff is so gracious and helpful. I hope to be a loyal Dahl customer for years to come!! More
