Jim Matt at South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I worked with Jim Matt and he was a wonderful salesperson. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He was also there when I thought I had locked my keys in the car...:-) ready to assist me.
When in fact I hadn't read the owner's manual completely...I have keyless entry with fob. I also changed my mind about having an extra feature installed and he was alright with that also. Jim is an asset to the SouthOak Dealership, the company is lucky to have him!

Jim Matt made our car buying experience comfortable in every way. His people skills along with his honesty was indeed refreshing. My wife and I pretty much knew what vehicle we wanted to purchase when we sat down with Jim. His working knowledge of that vehicle was very helpfull in our decesion making. It has been several months since the delivery of our vehicle and we have heard from Jim several times checking to see if we were satisfied with the vehicle or if he could assist us in any way. I have purchased several cars from your dealership over the years but have not had as good sales experience as this last one with Jim and would not hesitate to purchase another car at your dealership from Jim Matt. I would tell all of my friends to come to your dealership to buy a car from Jim.

Came in to purchase a used Chevy Cruze from this dealership, loved the car, wasn't very impressed with the customer service....initially. Until I made an offer on the car, left, and came back to find myself dealing with Craig Courtney. This man is a customer service machine, he catered to our every need, was very polite, and even though I didn't get the price I was looking for, I felt great about it simply because I knew that he was going to be the person I would be dealing with for the time that I have this car. If you are going into this dealership I highly recommend asking for Craig, you will NOT be disappointed.

In the previous week, my vehicle had been stolen. I attend Loyola University, but live on in the far south suburbs, so I need a car to get to and from school. My good friend Tim Jacobs, who works at South Oak Dodge, recommended Jim Matt, as a salesman, and Mr. Matt did all that he could to accommodate my needs, while staying within the limits of the amount I was given by my insurance company. He was literally the nicest, most reasonable car salesman I have ever dealt with in my life. He made me feel comfortable, and did not attempt to force me into anything at all. South Oak Dodge is an example of what every car dealership should be like. I could not have asked for anything more.

Jim Matt and Shannon Guest were great. Shannon promptly responded to my email inquiry and Jim took it from there. He basically worked out all the details with me over the phone and had our new car waiting for us when we arrived. We felt that we were treated fairly and given a great deal on our new Jeep. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Jim Matt especially.

We did not receive any pressure or put downs. We got answeres to all of our questions. Everyone was very polite to us. Jim even showed us around the entire dealership and pointed out where we would go for service and the customers' waiting area. He was very helpful about being sure we got all of our belongings out of our old car. We were able to say no to any add ons to the financing with out any pressure.

My husband I had been looking for a NEW 2013 DODGE CHARGER, I found South Oak Dodge in Matteson IL and they had just what we were looking for. We live about 3 1/2 hour from them but decided to make the drive. When we walked they welcomed us and offered us many amenities, brought the two cars up that we were interested in and took them for a test drive. I knew right away that we wanted to buy one of them. Jim Matt was our salesman and he was AWESOME.. I would recommend this dealership and it was worth the drive. They gave a 110 percent to make us happy.. Thank You South Oak Dodge and Jim Matt...
