Jim was the only salesman identified my needs and did a very through demo. He explained many of the features and benefits of the car. I felt Jim was fair in representing me, the customer regards to getting me the best possible price. I was extremely pleased with the deal I received from Jim Mckenna. Jim McKenna met me at the door and was very well versed in every aspect of the CTS-V that I was interested in. He did a great job determining what I needed and identified the perfect car for me.
