Went in looking at a car , came out with a Lincoln, great deal, great car. The people that worked with me helped me to make the best deal and were very nice to work with. This was the first time to purchase a car on my own. They all made the transaction a very easy experince, friendly, informed and very thoughtful .

The customer service was exceptional at this dealership. I had been looking for a vehicle for about 6 months. The night I called Champion Ford and spoke with Jim, another dealer had sold a vehicle out from under me. Jim was very understanding and worked with me to put me in something I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Scott was great to work with when I arrived at the dealership and made the purchase of the vehicle quick and effortless. I will recommend this dealership to anyone out looking for a vehicle.

Trevor was very nice and easy to work with. The dealership worked very hard to locate the exact vehicle that I was looking for after Trevor helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. When I buy another Ford I will be sure to find Trevor.

We were looking for a Ford Raptor and found a slightly used one online at Champion. Jim described the vehicle over the phone; his description proved to be perfect. Jim and Sherry made this an easy buying decision and Linda provided a thorough description of the extended warranties available. We are very pleased with our purchase and were treated with professionalism every step of the way. Although we live hundreds of miles away in suburban Chicago, we will not hesitate in purchasing another vehicle from Champion Ford.

My experience was much more pleasant tha expected. The staff made sure that the vehicle I was wanting to look at was brought to the front lot waiting for me, I was able to test drive with very little hassle. The vehicle was used so there were a few things that needed to be fixed and this was taken care of in a very timely manner. Also when my vehicle was having the armor coat put on it, the sales men made sure I had a rental waiting on me and to no cost to myself. I have not only recommended someone else to visit this dealership, I had my mother buy a car there. :)

I recently purchased a used 2012 Ford Mustang V6 Premium from Champion Ford. Sherry Oliver was very helpful while assisting me during my visit. She arranged for me to have test drives of both new and used vehicles. Also, a license plate light bulb need to be replaced and Sherry was there to take care of it quickly and even followed me to a local gas station to fill my tank for the trip I made. Also, Bo Oliver, Jim Monanteras, and Linda Chancellor were very helpful and easy to deal with during the purchasing process.

Scott and Jim were were great to work with on our car purchase. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with every question we had.
