My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
I just purchased a new Mazda 3 from Jim Parks at Jack Giambalvo and my experience couldn't have been any better. Let me first say that I had contacted numerous Mazda dealers in my search. Jim and his manager Carl were the only ones I spoke with that didn't seem like "salesman". I contacted them and advised them that I had quote from a dealership in Maryland. Carl took my information and within minutes called me back and really impressed me with a great quote. What took me 2+ hours of negotiating at the other dealership was beaten by Jack Giambalvo with just one phone call. I was also offered more for my trade than I originally thought I would get. They really seem to want to help you instead of looking at you as just another customer. My wife will need a new car in about 2 years and we will be going back to Jack Giambalvo Mazda. If your looking for a new Mazda I would most definitely recommend speaking with Jim Parks.

My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
Jim Parks by far is the best person I have worked with in my 35 years of buying new vehicles. The entire staff is great to work with from service to F and I. Never have I felt any pressure from anyone at anytime at this store. Everyone makes you feel like family. On a scale from one to ten they receive 100.
