My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

Both Carlo and Jim were great as the color of the vehicle was important to me, I wanted a white ES350 with nav as the new cars had just came out and they did not have the color that I wanted. They went out of their way to secure the white ES350 for me in time for me to go on vacation. The price of the vehicle was great, but the way that they treated me during the purchase was very positive, like family.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

Carlo and Jim(Partington) are the most professional people I have ever met in the automobile business. They should pride themselves with the way that customers are handled from the initial visit to the completion of the sale. The satisfaction of the customer is truly their top priority. I cannot compliment them enough for the way they handled my buying experience.

After the sale Carlo would not let me leave until he was satisfied knowing that I was satisfied with the delivery of the vehicle.

They are truly a credit to their profession.

I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying an automobile.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

My wife and I have recently leased our fourth Lexus from Motorworld.The Lexus is mainly driven by my wife.She loves the Lexus and would not have another car.Regardless of the type of weather,she feels safe and secure, driving this car.Both of us have a high regard for the Motorworld dealership.Carlo Roccogrande is our favorite Lexus salesperson.Carlo is very knowledgeable-informative as he explains the attributes of the Lexus.He creates a bond of trust between the customer and the salesperson which is very important in todays world.I would not lease from another dealership.All our needs were met.All of the above comments can be said for Tom Casey from the financial end as he figured out the payment package and Jim Partington from the service as he helped us get the best trade in price.Looking forward to Lexus number 5 in 3 years.thanhs Motorworld-Carlo Roccogrande-Tom Casey-Jim Partington.

I have purchased many cars in the past, but have never experienced the kindness and courtious service I recevied. Mr. Pardington, went out of his way to make it possible for me to purchase the car that I had wanted for over a year.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

This is an excellent dealership with a great dedicated staff that went above and beyond our expectations. From the start with notes and calls from Nadia advising when a car was available for me to see and test drive to meeting and dealing with Jim P. the Lexus Sales manager & Carlo R. my sales person and finally Tom C. the Lexus Finance person. Everyone at Motor World was wonderful and made this truly an outstanding transaction. It was actually FUN!!!! (which is not usually associated with buying a new vehicle). I enjoyed working with everyone there on the staff and will highly recommend them to everyone.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

My wife and I considered an Acura MDX and a Lexus RX 350. We initially worked with an Acura salesperson, who also showed us the Lexus (The Lexus showroom was just a few feet away in the same dealership). We decided on the Lexus, and purchased it on 2/19/11. The purchase experience was unpleasant for the following reasons: 1. It took over 1.5 hours to be able to sign the necessary paperwork when we were told it would be only 45 minutes, 2. the dealership was turning off the lights and shutting down by the time we completed the paperwork - we felt "hustled out" at the end of the day, and 3. the Acura salesperson was assigned to go over our new car and familiarize me with it, and he was not as knowledgeable about the vehicle as a Lexus salesperson would have been. This was a very unsatisfying experience, and I didn't feel I really understood the car like I should have. I just knew enough to be able to drive the car home in the dark. He was unable to sync my phone to the navigation system before I left (I was able to accomplish this the next day in 30 seconds when following instructions in the Owners Manual). This is not what you expect when you purchase a $50k vehicle. I called the dealership to complain the next business day, and the customer service person took careful notes about my concerns. The Sales Manager, Jim Partington (sp?) contacted me very quickly and asked what he needed to do do to assist me and address my concerns. He was very understanding, accommodating, and professional. I did return to the dealership a few days later, and a Lexus salesperson took an hour to go over the features of the car, and answer all of my questions, which should have been done when I purchased the vehicle. So, although the initial purchase experience was unpleasant, Jim, the Sales Manager, made things right, and created a very positive experience for my wife and me. We hope that this is indicative of the type of service experience we will have at Motorworld Lexus. We have owned a Lexus previously, and expect high quality service. Because Jim fixed the initial problem, I am able to give Motorworld Lexus a good recommendation.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

I am a past customer of a Lexus RX 330 I wanted to up-grade to a new RX350. I was very pleased with the RX330 so I went back to MotorWorld to get my new one. The total staff were excellent in all aspects. Jim was the primary salesperson I dealt with and Aldo was the wrap-up man, both were extremely knowledgeable of the RX 350.
