My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
Mr. Jim Regal, Aborgast, was one of the most professional, kind, clean-cut and honest gentleman I've ever met. He spent an inordanant amount of time on the phone with me, to "educate me" on the cars I was interested in. I had no thought of buying a new car this soon, I was just looking and researching. But because Jim was so giving of his time and so professional, I decided that I would drive over 40 miles to meet him and test drive the GMCs at Arborgast. I'd already dealt with other dealers, and did not care to return.
Meeting him in person proved to be an even better experience. He was not in least bit pushy, but just open, honest and was willing to give me plenty of time to drive any/every car I might like. I wanted in-turn to make sure he was able to get to other customers, because I wasn't planning on buying a new car this year. He wasn't worried about that, and I was given the finest treatment. I worked with him for quite a while. I still wasn't really ready to buy.
But, it was Mr. Riegle's demeanor, very professional manner, kindness and thoughtfulness, that actually made me decide to trade in my car, and purchase the 2011 Acadia. I was actually in the market for a lower-priced car, but after driving the Terrain (more in my price range), I liked the looks of the Acadia better (though more expensive). He recommended it based on the smoothness of the ride, the exceptionally larger interior, etc. But, again, he did not pressure me at all. At the end of the ride, we started dealing. He was kind, and fun and happy, and treated me with due respect. I would send anyone to buy a new car, and would definitely recommend Mr. Riegle. He has to be one of GMC's "Finest" professionals.
