My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
I am from Omaha, NE and talked with other KIA dealerships in this area and found that they (other dealerships) were very pushy and not very helpful. I sent an email request for quotes and received an email from Jim very quickly. I decided to drive 200 miles to look at the cars based on the customer reviews. Had a great experience with my salesman (Jim), the sales manager (Chris), and finance (Mike). I ended up buying a 2011 KIA Optima SX that day. Best of all they were not pushy and knowledgeable of the vehicle.

My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
Buying a new car was very intimidating to me. I didn't have a clue if I would be able to get into a new car or if I would have to buy used or if I would even get financed. Mr. Schwarz was very understanding and took the time to explain every step to me as we went through the process. Rather than leave me fretting alone while the finance guys were trying to make the deal...Mr. Schwarz kept coming back to me and sitting with me while we waited. He even engaged my 8-year-old daughter in conversation and made her feel important, too! Before I knew it I was in a loaner car (the one I purchased ws being brought from another lot) and on my way home...OWNING A NEW CAR! I never thought I could have a BRAND NEW car. But, the folks at Shawnee Mission Kia made it happen and I couldn't be more pleased with it!

I was a first time car buyer and I chose a car that after I returned home I really didn't like. Mr. Schwarz was very nice and took it back and without any hassle. I found a car I liked and they took the time to fill out all the paper work- again. I really liked the dealership and the workers and will be back for my next vehicle.
