Jim Sullivan and Acton Toyota made the entire automobile buying experience a positive one. I told him what I wanted - he listened and asked questions when appropriate. I'm not comfortable driving with the salesman - Jim encouraged me to take the vehicle out for as long as I wanted while he stayed back at the showroom. The color and features on the RAV I wanted wasn't available in this area. He worked with a colleague to get it from another state. When it came down to discussing money, my husband asked him to please give us his best price. Jim was able to give us a great number without having to go through the "dance" of going back and forth to his manager.

Jim spent a lot of time working with me both before I purchased the car and on the pick up date to be sure my IPhone would work with the BlueTooth system.

I have always despised the entire automobile purchasing scene and written it off as an uncomfortable reality in life. Jim made it painless. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else.

Bob is an absolute top notch salesman! I found him to be courteous, easy going, and honest. Something rarely seen in car salesmen these days. I will definitately be visiting this dealership again for my next purchase. Thanks again Bob!

My experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton was beyond my expectations. The entire staff were very friendly Yhet were more than happy to assist my needs. From the service department to the receptionist everyone was great. When I went for my sticker I explained to the service representative I had an appointment in 45 minutes & I hoped he could fit me in and get me out to make my appointment. He had me out in 30 minutes.

My sales experience was as I expected, hazzle free. I went to Acton Toyota of Littleton to work again with Jim Sullivan. I had previously purchased a 2006 Prius from Jim and had been delighted with my experience. Jim was very open & honest during negotiations and offered me a fair trade on my Prius and a fair price on my new purchase. I had done my homework on the value of my trade and the price of the new purchase and know I was treated fairly.

I highly recommend Jim Sullivan and Acton Toyota of Littleton. As well, I look forward to what I expect will be highly satisfied service with the service department in the coming years.

Very pleased with the experience, price and professionalism.

I am writing this review as someone who was not very "excited" about having to purchase a new vehicle. However, Acton Toyota of Littleton and Jim Sullivan in particular were highly recommended so I decided to take the first step and visit the dealership. I purchased my new 2011 Camry SE that day (within hours actually). Jim and everyone involved in the process were very helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. I intend to bring my Camry back there for regular maintenance based on the customer service I received the day I purchased it.

When our old vehicle gave up the ghost, Jim was fantastic and quickly found a vehicle that met our needs and price. He picked me up the morning we got the vehicle to expedite the proces and he then followed through promptly with an after sale minor repair we had requested. The vehicle has exceeded our expectation for quality in a used car.

Jim Sullivan was great to work with. He communicated with us very well, gave us a great price on the vehicle we purchased as well as the vehicle we traded in and was very knowledgeable about Toyota Corp. and their products. Financing was quick and painless and we got a very good rate. Jim has kept in touch with us even after the sale! Dealership is clean and actually fun to be in!
