I have purchased a Lexus in the past, dealing with Jim Swearer. He was my choice for my recent purchase.

My wife and I have purchased several cars from MotorWorld, and have always been pleased with the professionalism we experienced.

Lexus is a great car, I'm pleased with the CTh, and all my business with MotorWorld.
Jim conducted a very fair and honest negotiation for the trade in and sale of my car. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

Jim Swearer was most accomodating and we had worked with him before. Very professional and a credit to the Lexus brand and Motorworld Group. The prepped car was clean although slightly more attention needs to be done to the inside windows, as they were streaked from the new car vinyl / leather off gases. It's just something small I noticed but all together, all of the staff we had encountered were top shelf!

Just bought a new Lexus RX350. Salesman was outstanding. I'll let you know later about service after the sale. Haven't been back yet. But so far everything looks good. Very courteous, efficient, experienced sales person. You get a nice feeling walking into the Lexus showroom. Very helpful staff.

Previously owned a Lexus and was notified via mail that my car was certified. I was curious as to how much money I would receive. I was happy with the price quoted and the service I was provided throughout the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle.

When we entered MotorWorld we were immediately greeted by Nadia, she was very pleasant and cheerful and connected us with James Swearer our salesman. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the options available to us. He is a pleasant man and answered all our questions with respect and (we felt) with honesty.He made buying our new Lexus Hybred 250h a pleasure. He even allowed us to take his own car for a test drive! We will seek him out the next time we need a new car.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

This is the 4th Lexus we have owned. The second one from this dealership.
Jim was very helpful. We knew which Lexus we wanted before we arrived at the dealership. I think a chance to review some of the "Product Presentation Guide" would have been helpful. The 2007 Lexus had a touch screen for the Navigation/XM radio system, and the Bluetooth. Also the Lexus Enform wasn't really explained. A buyer can't ask questions if one doesn't know the operation of the systems. I just found the CD Guide by chance in the glove box.
Jim did get back to me on a couple of questions. He helped us set up my phone for bluetooth, but I had to refer to manual and CD to put in numbers..........before I just used the touch screen. Perhaps someone other then a salesperson could have offer a CD tutorial session.

My Review Of MotorWorld Lexus:

Lexus/Motorworld customer since 1998, have seen a lot of people come and go.

Very Particular customer always ordering Factory Orders.

Funny, living between NJ and Wilkes-barre and knowing NJ is more convenience, but end-up in Motorworld.

Mr. Swearer is a very Atentive person and been one of the Originals that still remains, he has been my salesman since 2003.

He knows how particular I'm but his TEAM let him down on this last order that was placed in June '09 and just recently received, but even with this MAJOR MISSHAP I still graded Mr. Swearer high.
