It was a pleasant experience at Klaben Ford to purchase my Escape that was coming off lease. First of all I was greeted by Mike Klaben, the owner of the dealership. This alone was special!!! Mike then ha my Escape that was coming off lease. First of all I was greeted by Mike Klaben, the owner of the dealership. This alone was special!!! Mike then had Jim Valesky, the salesman that originally leased the vehicle to us, prepare the paperwork. Jim is a pro at dealing with clients and his knowledge of the system made this experience memorable. The entire process took less than 45 minutes. Amazing!!!! I would highly recommend Klaben Ford, and the staff, when making an automobile purchase. More
