He went beyond my expectation to put me in the vehicle I wanted in every way possible like the Ford Explorer I dreamed of owning to the payment I needed to to exact down payment that worked for everybody. Would also like to thank my salesman Gary James that worked with me every step of the way with Michael Klaben to Jim Valesky who made the financing so possible along with the knowledge of the vehicle to transition me into it in everyway. This is the best Ford dealership in the country of the great United States Of America as far I’m concerned. Jim is always very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure the SUV I loved became a reality. I keep returning to Klaben Ford because they greet me with a familiar smile and treat me with respect. They want to be sure their customers are satisfied with the hospitality of their staff and with the purchase of their new/used vehicle. Anytime I’ve taken my vehicle in for service it’s always been done in a timely manner and never have they tried to cut corners. The employees in the service department are nice as well and the service waiting area is also kept clean for our comfort. Since I’ve started shopping at Klabens I haven’t bought a Ford vehicle from anywhere else than Klaben Ford and don’t plan to in the future. More
