The process of purchasing a Certified pre-owned BMW from Braman-Jupiter was very pleasant, extremely efficient and each step professionally handled by Jimmy Khokhar. During the process Jimmy answered questions and emails in a very timely fashion. He came in on his dayoff to let me test drive the car with my BMW friend. At no time during the process did I feel any pressure to sign on the "dotted line", infact Jimmy's whole team wanted me to be comfortable. After my offer was accepted, Jimmy's team addressed and took care of all requests concerning the car. Jimmy delivered the car when he said he would and has continued to answer any questions in a timely manor. I would buy another car from Jimmy and Braman-Jupiter. One important key to sales success is folowup and Jimmy excels at this trait..

The buying exterience was outstanding. The General Sales Manager, Mike Trapasso, was very helpfull and provided complete answers to every question. In past purcheses, at other dealers, I have been subjected to the unpleasent sales merry-go-round, not the case here. The price was agreed to, the delivery scheduled determined and a hand shake sealed the deal.

The car arrived per scheduled and the delivery was very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I fully expect to do business with this Dealer in the future and will share my very positive relationship with others.

Jimmy was very helful with all aspects of the sale and is a perfect genteleman. He shouwd us how we could get a $300 extra rebate from BMW Financial. We were not going to get the tire and wheel coverage but he explained the value and the great advantage to us so we went back and purchased this coverage. Our daughter has the same car and got the coverage 5 years ago. She explained to us that she had 4 flats, 2 wheel replacement and one wheel repair during that time. With this information we were happy that Jimmy talked us into this coverage. Suggest you get it also. Thanks so much to Jimmy and Mike for the good price and we look forward to the excellent service we heard about. We will see you again in about a year when our other BMW comes off lease for another good deal.
