My Review of Braman BMW Jupiter:
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Braman BMW in Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cathryn Winschel at Braman BMW in Jupiter and within 30 minutes of my email I heard back from her. She immediately forwarded my inquiry to Jimmy Khokhar who called me that night. He spoke with me on the phone for over 45 minutes making sure he had every detail as to what I wanted in my new car. He was friendly and very enjoyable to speak with. He kept in touch with me during my move from Ohio to Florida with emails and phone calls while we worked on ordering my new car. Once I got to Jupiter I met with Jimmy for the first time at Jupiter Braman BMW. He was wonderful from the moment I walked into the store. He sat with my husband and I for over an hour, one-on-one to go over every last detail of my car. We test drove the new three series, and looked for hours at almost every car on the lot! He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. The most important part of our experience is how respectful and patient he was with us in the decision process. He was so easy to work with and guided us every step of the way through our purchase. Once my car was ordered my adventure continued. He updated me several times a week over the six weeks it took for my car to be built and delivered. I cant tell you how many times he brightened my day with an email telling me my car was on the ship, or almost at the dealership! The best was the day I came to pick up my car. I drove up to the dealership and there was a HUGE RED BOW on my car parked out front all shiny and new! I was smiling and just overwhelmed with excitement. The car was absolutely beautiful and perfect; It was better than I had imagined. Everyone in the dealership from the General Manager, Mike Trapasso, to the assistant manager and all the sales associates were congratulating me on my car. I then got to meet with Marlin Randle in Finance who was exceptional. He spent an hour with me going over every finance option possible and helped guide me to the best lease option for my needs. He was so kind and patient, and I am very grateful for that. Afterwords Jimmy spent over an hour with me in my new car showing me all its exciting features and showing me how to work the system. Jimmy has kept in touch with me since then inviting me back for more tutorials if needed and I know I can call him at any time with questions. He truly goes above and beyond~ I had an exceptional experience with Braman.

my first encounter was with Cathryn by phone and she was very informative. She made me feel special by reserving a vehicle for me even though others were interested. Jimmy was the just icing on the cake. He was very nice any showed me everything about the vehicle. He made it easy for me to spend $ 54,000 dollars on a car. I would definitely recommend working with him again in the future.

Found Braman of Jupiter to be a professional and efficient operation as car dealerships go. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in owning a BMW. Sales reps are not pushy, and listen to needs and wants then offer ideas for which program or car will work best for the client Dealership is clean, with plenty of car inventory to choose from.

Paul and Jim were very friendly and gave us a great deal of time. Paul went out of his way to show me the details of the electronis and set up my bluetooth. Jim gave us a fabulous deal and we ended up buying a new car instead of the use X3 I came in to look at.

I'm not sure about anyone else but buying a car is never really good experience. HOWEVER, dealing with Steven and the folks at Braman in Jupiter, Fl has changed all that for me. Very professional, courteous, accomodating and absolutely priceless! Often times when you have a bad experience you tell EVERYONE. When you have a good experience you tell a few people. I'm definately going to make sure this is not the case! Go see Steve and the folks at Braman BMW in Jupiter. THEY ARE THE BEST!I'm looking forward to dealing with them again in February next year.

This sale process began late in the day and latest until 10:30. It was Joe's birthday and he was still patient...taking me to test drive several very different vehicles and directing me through the differences in performance and options. He made me feel that I was his priority for that time and was attentive to my expectations of the sale. In the end, I felt confident in the deal that we put together.

I went to Braman's new dealership in Jupiter, FL to turn in my BMW lease to get another BMW. This was my 5th BMW but my first experience with this dealership. Typically buying a new car is a hassle and an experience that I dread but this time it was different. Not only were all of the employees so pleasant to deal with, the process was fast and there was not all of that horrible negotiating. They gave me a great deal on a beautiful new BMW 535 and it was the absolute most pleasant car purchase Ive ever had! The salesman took the time to show me all of the features on the car and really went above and beyond. I will be a client for life!!!
