I was incredibly happy with the deal I got for my 2011 Sienna SE from Russel Toyota. I checked TrueCar, Edmunds.com and various other car buying sites. Russel had the minivan I wanted in stock and it was the best deal I could find in the Washington/Baltimore area. My sales associate, Brad Jones, was very responsive and helpful. I contacted Brad via email and we negotiated the price for the minivan over the internet. The closing was quick, painless and no surprises. Brad outlined all the costs that I was expected to pay before I arrived at the dealership and they didn't try to cram any hidden fees into my deal. Russel Toyota tried to match the financing I got from my credit union but couldn't so they didn't push it. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and have recommended Brad to my friends and family. I would definitely buy another car from him.

Jason Doby returned my internet purchase phone call witnin 30 minutes. He worked up a payment that fit my budget and I signed the paperwork that evening. I love my new 2011 Toyota Camry LE and have gotten many compliments on it. All in all it was a great experience working with Russel Toyota!

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Matt, Dave and the guy doing the paperwork were very professional. Helped me get extra accessories installed quickly. I would buy from this dealer again. I hope the service dept is as good as they were with the accessories when I bring it in for maintenance.

My wife and I visited Russel Toyota after three other dealers in the area. Chris was the only salesperson to not harass us with too many phone calls or pressure us once we arrived. He was very patient, we test drove the Corolla LE and Corolla S model. Pricing was simple and straightforward. Jimmy Son finished all the paperwork with us. He was also very polite and friendly. We were in and out of the store in less then 2 hours. We love our new Corolla and overall would rate our experience as one of the best we've ever had with a dealer.
