We came from Indiana to the dealership and worked with Joe over the phone first and that was a great experience. He was just as easy to work with once we arrived in Chicago to get the car we called on. The car was exactly what he told us on the phone. Thank you for that.

I want to compliment one of your excellent employees, Joe Belmonte. Thanks to his professionalism and prompt service, my wife and I were finally able to end our year long search for a new vehicle. He went to great lengths to help me and my wife purchase our vehicle, even stayed past the end of his shift to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The part I liked best was that he stayed by our side throughout the whole process, making sure that all our questions were answered. He made it easy.

I brought my car in for service and decided to wait for completion. I wandered over to the sales floor and spoke to Joe Belmonte who was extremely nice and patient with me. I am new to the brand and even though I made it clear I was not a customer for purchase, he still took time and we chatted about the line-up and the Infiniti brand. He was great and I appreciated the chat. Soon enough my car was done and ready, Mike Harlow came to fetch me and I was off 2 minutes later. Another visit and still very satisfied with my purchase and happy to have Infiniti of CH as my home dealership. Thanks.

Joe Belmonte was the ultimate sales professional. He took notes on the kind of vehicle I wanted and really listened to what was important to me. He then showed me a variety of vehicles which met my specs. He is vey knowledgable about individual cars and their manufacturers. He didn't try to push his views on me, he let me decide.
What was even better is that we had told him that we also wanted a good vehicle for our daughter. And even though our budget was small for that, he didn't stop looking until he found us the second 'perfect' vehicle. Both of us are very happy.
Jeremy Mayoral was also great to deal with. He had so much of the work done before we got to his office that (aside from actually writing the check) he made the process painless, effortless and fast.

My experience with this dealership was over the internet only, so far. I contacted them because of a favorable review on an Edmunds Site.

This is what a car dealer should be like. I was given specific and direct answers to all my questions and all very quickly. I did not have to wait for anything. Everyone I contacted dealt with me with professionalism and the utmost courtesy.

I am going to buy an Infiniti JX sometime this summer. I contacted this dealership because they haonored the VPP program. Unfortunately for me, my former employer (I'm retired from Procter Gamble) does not participate in this program. However, they offered me a small discount from MSRP on a car that is now a very hot seller. My local dealer (SW Ohio) also offers the same price.

I now plan on waiting until the supply catches up to the demand at which time I am certain that Infiniti of Clarendon Hills will be offering me the best price.

I'll report more when that happens!

I have bought G35x today from this dealership and I’m very satisfied with the purchase and it was a great experience. I was first greeted by Mr. Chris Hill, the internet sales manager and after that Mr. Joe Belmonte, the sales consultant took over. Joe took us for a quick test drive and provided us with all the details regarding the vehicle and answered all the questions we had. He provided us with a great service; he was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, not only that Mr. Mark Mizera, the sales manager and Joe worked out a good deal with us. Everything went smooth and hassle free. Mr. William Harris, the business manager took only few minutes to do all the paper work with us and provided us with all the answers. Lastly, Mr. Assad Hamzeh, the delivery manager took more than two hours explaining all the features about the car, he went through everything twice so I won’t forget. He was very helpful that I won’t need a catalog. I’m very happy with the service I received at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I’ll definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and will come again. Thank you so much for a great team work and the service:)
