Doug was a great salesman. A low pressure approach and was very knowledgeable about all vehicles on the lot. He was very professional and showed equal respect to both my wife and myself. Doug was very helpful, curteous and didn't pressure me. I felt relaxed as he was very informative about the whole process. He and Joe were able to get me the financing I needed and delivered on time as they said they would. I recommend Doug as a great point of contact when you are in the market for an automobile. Terryville Chevrolet was a good experience for me and when I am ready for another vehicle I will see them first.

Great dealership! Genuine, helpful people here with "real" personalities (not your average gimmicky-salesmen). Ray really worked with us on price and all the paperwork was completed with accuracy- not one problem or complaint. Will definitely drive by the other three Chevy dealers on my way to Terryville to work with these good guys.

I purchased my new Chevy Equinox with the help of Josh Lee. He was attentive to all of the details of the sale. The sale was completed in a professional and timely manner. My car was totaled and I needed to buy a car fast. I looked in Waterbury and in Watertown. Looking for a newer used car was not easy. I found the sales men could not be bothered with me, since I was not looking for a Brand New Car~
Finally.....I went to Terryville Chevrolet. I walked the lot, found an awesome car, with all the bells and whistles I was looking for, took it for a ride, made an offer.....I was in & out in 1 hour. I've been looking for 3 weeks, feeling abused.! What I've been searching for was right here at home. Josh the salesman was awesome, breath of fresh air! I would recommend Terryville Chevorlet to all my friends and family. I will be back, and this will be our 1st stop in the future!!!
