Joe Ford at Paul Cerame Ford

We had a great experience at Paul Cerame and especially in dealing with Ed Meadows. He was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgable about the vehicle (Ford Flex). After the purchase, Ed went through every inch of the car and made sure that I was comfortable in how everything worked. Just let Ed know what you are trying to accomplish and he will find a way to make it work.

Both Ed Meadow and Joe Ford were great to work with. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend them. Ed spent over an hour after the purchase explaining all of the technology in the car. Going through the finance process was the smoothest and fastest process we have ever gone through-Joe was great!!!

I pre-called to Mike Supp based on internet search and he had the car sitting out front ready for our inspection. Mike handled the sales process in a friendly efficient manner and Joe Ford handled the paperwork and financing in his usual friendly and expeditious manner. Very good experience as always. Thanks!

The service was very professional. We did not waste alot of time sitting around. Everyone was fast and friendly. The overall presentation and understanding of what we wanted gave them the edge over anyone else. Ed seemed to have been working around the clock to make our experience everything we expected it to be. We are proud owners now and would recommend them to anyone.

Both Chuck and Doug are excellent representatives for Paul Cerame. The whole experience was wonderful for my wife and I. Chuck Lawless was an incredible salesman. He went above and beyond to find the car that was perfect for me, with the payments that I asked for. He was not pushy, and did not try to convince me to spend more than I wanted to. I went in simply with a goal to lower my car payments (by $130) and drove away two days later in a wonderful Ford Fusion. Joe Ford was also great. He gave me wonderful advice about receiving a refund from my previous dealership that I otherwise would not have known about, and helped me finance my loan in a way that would work best for me. Great experience!

I couldn't have been treated with more courtesy and professionalism as I was
when I visited this Ford Dealership. Both Doug & Joe took as much time with
me as I needed and I didn't feel any pressure or attempts at "Up-selling".

I can truly state that I received the best deal on my 2013 Ford Focus SE
that was possible. They've so impressed me (and I'm not easily impressed)
that I've referred several people to Paul Cerame and Doug Clever already.

I would highly recommend Paul Cerame to anyone looking for a Ford. Doug Clever and Joe Ford (as well as everyone I deal with) are both courteous and professional. While in the process of buying a new car, there was a mutual respect that you don't always get at other dealerships.
