Your employee yelling at me in front of the stafg. Accused me of hitting something with the truck but I didnt want to admit it. The truck went back 2 times for the same repair that was never fixed. Her text estimate was 11,000. She said oh, that must be my fat thumbe. Its 1100. I said WHY. The manager rodger was listening to it all. He said. We will do it for 1/2. He said. How about $750. I said thats more than half. He replied. Well you have a couple qarts of fluid also. At that point I said Do not proceed. I went & got my truck from them. All this while im wearing my heart support bag and i told them i had 2 heart attscks and couldnt afford to get this upset or hostile. What a grosse dealership. John Bengough

My truck was repaired by Bayside Auto Group in Annapolis, Md. All under warrenty. Brittany was my rep. Excellent service. Great attitude. This dealership is a 10 compaired to Tate Dodge Glen Burnie, Md a 1. Ill never be bake to Tate Dodge. I will recommend Bayside Auto Group in Annapolis.
