Worst experience ever. Sales rep quoted and provided false information, sales manager lied as well. Sat for over two hours with no guidance and nothing to show but a horrible transaction that I voided and couldn’t even get the GM Shawn to face me even after I asked to speak to him personally. They said he wasn’t there and there he was walking right in front of me. Contacted him via email and phone and nothing. Sales team did nothing but lie and scam the prices higher saying one car was cheaper but applying the discounts to the price and “dealer fees” to make up for lost money. If you want to sell a car that has sat for two years and no one has shown interest why scam and finagle your pockets to screw the customer. We walked out, went down the street and bought a brand new car within two hours. This dealership is not MILITARY SUPPORTIVE or appreciative of our sacrifices to keep them free, in business and able to enjoy their life. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE MILITARY! More

They were extremely disrespectful to me when I called in to sort out why they told my wife she needed all the extra work performed immediately. They tried to convince me that my wife "requested" them to perform the services. They tried to convince me that I didn't care about my wife's safety, because I questioned their sales tactics. Evan was the most worthless manager I've ever spoken with. He tried to convince me that they never would have performed certain work, had my wife not asked them to. He tried to convince me that my wife's explanation of high pressure tactics from christine was merely heresay, and asked if I knew what that meant. Great customer service from a service department manager. Also, the little things, like changing documentation to current names and addresses seem to be a challenge as the edit and backspace button in a computer seem to be a daunting task. My wife said that that was a bigger deal breaker for her than feeling like they took advantage of her. I would like to that them for the very unprofessional exchange, it has convinced my wife and I to never again shop at their establishment. It has also convinced us that we need to rethink our Dodge and Jeep purchases in the future. Remember, first time shame on you, second time shame on me. They acted like this was a normal way to treat customers. No apology and they totally blew me off. The response was we will call you when the part comes in. Hubby and I bought a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica over the Labor Day weekend. Our salesman was a young man who was very polite and eager to help us. I have no complaints about him or the vehicle we bought. Now my husband and I have been married a long time. We always put BOTH of our names on every house and vehicle we buy together. We were specific with Ralph that we wanted BOTH of our names on the registration. Our credit is good so that wasn't an issue but I had forgotten that I had placed a freeze on my credit the year before after an identity theft issue. The whole process should have stopped then and there but Ralph assured me that he could unfreeze it from his end. He gave me a form to sign giving him permission to unfreeze my credit. I was rather dubious about that but I admit to not knowing much about financial dealings. So we allowed the auto loan process to continue. This was right before closing on a Saturday night and they were closed on Sunday. Our vehicle was being delivered from another dealership so we had to wait until Labor Day Monday to pick it up. We arrived on Monday and Ralph prints out a new registration and hands it to my husband since he's the primary driver. We noticed that only my husband's name was on the registration. We went in to speak to Ralph about this and he said he couldn't unfreeze my credit so he processed the loan under my husband's name only. I was particularly frustrated by this because I'm the one who makes the car payments in our household. (Hubby pays the mortgage). Not only that, but he lied to me about unfreezing my credit. I absolutely want my name on the registration of a vehicle I'm going to be paying on for the next 6 years. I asked Ralph how we could fix this issue and he said I would have to wait until AFTER the car was paid for or if we ever refinanced. He apologized for misleading me. Well Ralph, you didn't mislead me, you outright lied to me. So now I have to take off work to run around and find different financing and get the registration taken care of. Bought a new Gladiator in March,no follow up by the sales team or salesman. Had to bring it in for a recall,and leave it for 2 days with no loaner vehicle even offered, and now have an issue where the vehi team or salesman. Had to bring it in for a recall,and leave it for 2 days with no loaner vehicle even offered, and now have an issue where the vehicle can not even be driven,but can't even get a call back ,let alone an appointment to get it fixed. So I have a vehicle with less than 5000 miles on it,and I can't even use it because Tate sucks so bad. Unbelievable. Mr Tate even shook my hand and said "you're part of the Tate family now" Haaa,I'd rather be part of the Addams family. At least they had values. Be smart and go elsewhere for your vehicle. It surely can't be any worse than Tate. Oh and when I tried to contact my salesman directly,I found he was no longer there,and had no one to contact beyond that,and NO ONE has any interesting taking his spot to help me. Garbage! More
