When first walking into Kia I was approached by Joe I explained to him what I was looking for and my budget. He was able to work with me and got me to the numbers I wanted. I definitely enjoyed working with him. He is very friendly and SEXY. Glad to have met him!!!!!

it was a very nice experience going to bald hill kia.first off they don't come running to you as you pull in the driveway,they give you time to see what's around,they come out and ask if you need help,then they back off a little,which is great because i hate when a salesman gets in your pocket.in my eyes joe monti was the perfect salesman.i went to at least 10 dealers before i went to bald hill kia,they were the last because they were far from home,when it's time for another car i know exactly where to go. thank you joe !! norma del vecchio

I would like to thank Joe on a great job because I never thought I would trade my mustang for a Kia optima,but your continued Face book post of the Kia optima made me fall in love with it and the soul commercials are funny keep them coming LoL! I'm sorry it took so long to post this but new house new car things are crazy. I love only going to the gas station every two weeks not every two days.If your looking to buy a car go see Joe Monti at Bald hill Kia.He brings the fun back into buying a new car.I wish all of you at bald hill to have a great new year ,I will send you lots of referrals.

My Review of Bald Hill Kia:
A fantastic group of people to work with from the first day I walked into the dealership. Very pleasant and informative.
They work as a team and I appreciate that. If someone didn't know something they would source the information for me and get back to me immediately.

Bought my first Kia and I wasn't even on the market for a Kia, but these guys here did a fantastic job selling me on it.
So far (almost 3 months) I am still one happy customer. Kia has come a very long way (so i have been told).

Both Sales and Service Department has a great group that works well together. I have had the pleasure working with some of them on small things (i.e: new mats, new mud flaps) and the service is impecable!

Look forward to my years working with them and who knows, maybe getting another Kia.

I have had the vehicle for a week and my family and I love it. All of my co-workers have come out to the car and checked it out. I told them what excellent customer service they can expect from Bald Hill KIA along with a quality product. So don't be surprised if you get some of these folks inquiring about a test drive and asking for Joe Monti, who provided top notch service to me when choosing this vehicle. I look forward to coming in again for the oil change and will definitely recommend Bald Hill KIA to anyone interested in a good deal.

Hello Joe

Many thanks from both my wife & I for the smooth transaction on buying our new Optima. You were very professional and courteous with a sense of humor. This is our first Kia and I must say, after buying over 20 new cars in my life (I'm an old bastard) this experience was tops, no high pressure and the numbers worked out exactly where I expected. All you guys were happy and gay (bad choice of words) pleasant to be around.

I will certainly give you a 10 on every catagory on the Kia survey. BTW, we absolutely loooooove the car, a lot of car for the $

This place has a fair and honest staff. I was able to secure a loan, get the trade in value I was looking for and drove away the same day. I highly recommend this dealership. The sales person was very knowledgable and honest (did not sugarcoast as most sales persons do) The business manager was very thourough and explained how he was able to secure the loan, rate and term. He also gave options that I would have been able to do if I wanted to go down various finance options.

My Review of Bald Hill Kia:
Joe Monti was extremely friendly and patient while showing us (my wife and I) the various Kia models available including both used and new. He demonstrated great knowledge in presenting the various options in each vehicle in which we showed interest. We never felt pressured toward any particular vehicle or into making a purchase. We purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento two weeks ago and have been extremely satisfied with its performance.

Also Frank Vescera assisted with the financing portion of our purchase. Frank professionally presented us with all of our financing choices including extended warranty options.

Our overall experience was great and we will feel very comfortable recommending this dealership to our family and friends.
